The location is beautiful, greeted by a mall, a lovely amount of restaurants and wonderful community, you really feel like you’re home. Great location with plenty of shops to go around locally and explore.

Cons:

The room wasn’t the cleanest upon arrival, our shower was broken and there was a man who stayed next door who smoked with the door open 24/7, the whole floor smelled of smoke. Additionally, upon arrival, i was told i had to pay a ‘safety deposit’ and would receive it back upon my stay ending, i found this odd as it was not mentioned on the hotels policy, but after 10 minutes of staff insisting i must pay this, i did. When leaving, i asked when the money would be refunded to me. The staff said there was NO refund and no such thing as a safety deposit. Odd. I asked again, what do they mean as i was charged TWICE for over £100 in total before I even got to my room, they still said there was no such thing. After going back and forth for 5 minutes, they said the money would be refunded to me by noon of the day i left. They NEVER refunded the money, and when I asked their chat for the money back, they said there was no such thing as safety deposit and refuse to refund any money they had taken. 3 different staff members told me different things. The hotel gets the job done for the location, but there is definitely a sense of dishonesty lurking around. Book at your own caution, and if you do, do not pay any ‘safety deposit’.

Small but nice and clean room. However, awkward hotel.
Pros:

Fresh & Clean room. 10-15 min walk to Metro station that made city travel easy and economical.

Cons:

The lobby almost didn't exist, with an awkward hotel entry. Some of the reception staff couldn't understand English, which caused communication difficulties.

Pros:

The property located very in a quite neighborhood which i love as it making it easier to book for didi . Not much traffic. The staff is excellent and very niceeee . They assist all the question properly . Thank you and i will surely choose to stay again for my next time
