This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

We booked and paid for a room for three guests through Booking.com. We have been traveling as a group of three for years and have never had any issues. We specifically book rooms advertised for three people, with either three beds or two beds plus an extra bed.

When we arrived, the room had only one double bed and no third bed. Assuming it was a mistake, we drove back to reception. The receptionist simply told us that the room was designed for two people and that there was nothing he could do. He showed no concern whatsoever that we had paid for three guests and that all three of us had checked in together. He offered absolutely no solution.

We asked to speak with a supervisor, who was the most arrogant and rude hotel employee I have ever encountered. He refused to help because his shift had ended and told us to contact Booking.com instead. He kept insisting that the room was only for two people but could not explain why the hotel advertises and sells it as suitable for three guests.

Eventually, the receptionist told us to make up the sofa ourselves using the bedding from the wardrobe. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable, and there were only towels provided for two people.

This feels like a deliberate attempt to mislead guests. The complete lack of professionalism, responsibility, and customer service was shocking. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid this property.

Cheiro horrível e insuportável no apartamento, móveis da cozinha danificados. Sem wireless a funcionar, sem luzes do parque para o apartamento, necessário lanterna do telemóvel. Lâmpada de piscina partida ligada a flutuar na piscina. Funcionários sem formação e educação, sem interesse em resolver problemas. Experiência para não repetir, muito mau.

Tinha um vazamento no ar-condicionado, e pode ter sido um erro meu, mas me lembrava que, quando fechei a hospedagem, era da casa com piscina privativa. Chegando lá, fui informado de que não era, mas o outro apartamento nos atendeu bem. O sofá da sala poderia ser mais confortável! Mas, pelo preço e localização, o local é muito bom, recomendo. Na próxima, vou reservar a casa com piscina privativa. 👍🏾

Almohadas lamentables (las peores que he usado en mi vida), mosquitos y hormigas, mobiliario viejo y no dejan nada para limpiar la vajilla y para la lavadora.Te cobran tasa turística por alojarte. A nosotros fue de 6€/persona.

O apartamento precisa de algumas remodelações, as paredes estavam a desfazer-se, e os móveis estão a precisar ser trocados. Principalmente, sendo um apartamento para quatro pessoas, o sofá da sala precisa ser mais confortável e cómodo para dormir, este é com uma estrutura de ripas de madeira, muito frágil e faz muito ruído durante o sono.

Da casa não ter privacidade, por ser a última junto a um caminho.
De não ter vigilância, pois qualquer pessoa podia entrar no resort.
Das carradas de formigas por tudo que era sítio
Do barulho que outros residentes fizeram com música altissima e com o dobro ou mais, da capacidade da vila sem que viesse alguém verificar.
Do telefone para a recepção estar sem comunicação
De 2 individuos alcoolizados, nos acordarem às 3,30h da madrugada a bater a todas as portas a perguntarem se estava lá (um Jaime)?¿???6

Couldn’t fault it at all. Other than walk way ran past the villa pool we stayed in. Didn’t really bother us but it could both others.
