Localização boa!

Cons:

Cheguei um pouco mais cedo, pedi para deixar as malas até dar a hora do check-in e para minha surpresa me cobraram a mais, algo que nunca aconteceu comigo em nenhum outro hotel. Disseram que tinha quarto disponível, mas se quisesse tinha que pagar a mais também! Chegamos no quarto do hotel e a limpeza estava muito porca. Tinha pontos que a sujeira estava nítida!

El desayuno es variado y completo. Sin embargo, habia items que se notaban que no eran frescos, como los panificados. La ubicación es buena, en copacabana. Pero destacaria que no es la zona màs segura para estar

El servicio de limpieza dejo mucho que desear. La limpieza era incompleta, tuvimos que pedir por favor que nos cambiaran las sabanas despues de casi 6 noches seguidas, porque solo nos armaban la cama. no limpiaron en baño en profundidad en los 9 dias que estuve. Eso fue incomodo

Totalmente diferente das fotos do booking, só tem água nenhum tipo de restaurante no hotel, cobram 110 reais por estacionamento que eles não tem tem que andar até um estacionamento, não tem limpeza de quarto ,lençóis amarelados

A única coisa que merece melhora é o espaço do café da manha, pois é pequeno para o número de hóspedes.
