A limpeza é boa, o café da manhã é ok e a equipe é educada e atenciosa.

Cons:

O elevador é muito demorado, o que incomoda especialmente em horários de pico. Os quartos precisam de uma reforma urgente: as madeiras estão estufadas, os acabamentos estão ruins e a roupa de cama precisa ser renovada. Parece que a rede assumiu o predio recentemente e ainda estão se ajustando.

Cama excelente, chuveiro e limpeza impecáveis. Funcionários atenciosos.

Cons:

A Internet é péssima; oscila o tempo todo. Como a televisão funciona via Internet, em alguns momentos ficamos sem ambos.
O isolamento acústico tem muito a melhorar.
