Cons:

Everything, the experience was very poor from the staff to food. Bed was cracking all night and there was no pray mat, slipper , rope ..etc
Breakfast was horrible, only crepe and pancakes section was very well.
The staff untrained, does not speak English, lack of leadership..

We had a wonderful stay with excellent service, great comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere.
