Yeah, not the best.
Pros:

The location was the best thing about the property.

Cons:

The air conditioning in the room was horrible. Maintenance had to come and fix. That still did nothing. It was hot in the room. There was a roach in the bathroom. Definitely didn’t expect that. Given the caliber of the hotel. The room actually looked a bit ran down. Ah and couldn’t order what I wanted from room service. Even though it was advertised on their menu. For the price and the brand. I honestly expected better. I’ve stayed at the Sofitel in Dubai and Singapore. Both of those stays were a better experience.
