Alcuni particolari denotano scarsa attenzione tipo lo spazzolino del wc con il manico rotto ed attaccato con il nastro adesivo, al primo utilizzo si è naturalmente spaccato! Se è rotto mettetene uno nuovo con quello che costa la camera! L'acqua del water che continua a scendere disturbando il sonno... Ma chi fa le pulizie non le segnala queste cose? Personale di sala per la colazione improvvisato. In generale non mi sono sentito a mio agio.

La colazione, pessima!!! Il primo giorno eravamo arrivati in sala colazione alle 9:30 e non c’era più niente, ho pensato ok!!!! Forse un po’ tardi, ci sta:) il secondo giorno siamo arrivati alle 8:45 la stessa cosa!!! Colazione pesssssssimmaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. Staff per niente disponibile, litigavamo tra di loro per le cose da pulire o qualcosa altro.

Eccezionale struttura, spazi comuni a disposizione degli ospiti. Ambiente molto pulito e curato. Le stanze sono spaziose e hanno un affaccio esterno (terrazzo o balcone) attrezzato con sedie e tavolino.

Pros:

La cordialità dello staff è eccezionale. Le stanze sono molto pulite e curate nei dettagli. Buona la colazione con un’ampia scelta di dolci e salato. Il menù serale è molto vario e abbiamo tutti apprezzato la qualità dell’offerta e la bontà dei piatti.
