Отличный отель! Остались очень довольны отдыхом. Понравилось всё: обслуживание, доброжелательный персонал, вкусная еда и удобное расположение рядом с морем. Сам город тоже очень понравился - красивый, спокойный и очень зелёный. С удовольствием остановились бы здесь ещё раз!

Great stay in a family run hotel in the midle of pine park
Pros:

- clean
- 100m from the beach, beach is great
- very good breakfast, especially popular with our kids
- free parking
- nice spacious room
- air con, water pressure, bathroom etc. working very well and without limitation

Cons:

- all was great, I have nothing to reproach
Only a note about the location: this is a quiet neighbourhood, which is a plus itselt. You might however have a problem finding a restaurant in the evening. We solved this by driving the 3km to Cesenatico/Cervia for dinner, but dinner is also offered by the hotel.

La vicinanza alla spiaggia

Cons:

Arrivata mi chiedono i documenti e mi dicono che il bambino di due anni non era segnato nella prenotazione… mia premura chiamare subito e sistemare l’accaduto
Booking scrive e loro rispondono ; peccato che i messaggi non sono a mia conoscenza
Arrivati all’ultimo giorno mi trovo il pernottamento del bambino aggiunto ai costi della tassa di soggiorno
1 un albergatore corretto in fase di check - in avrebbe comunicato a me direttamente che ci sarebbero stati costi aggiuntivi di tot euro per il bambino e avrei potuto decidere se mi andava bene il costo o no
2 il bambino era nel letto “matrimoniale “ che erano due letti uniti e non mi rispondi male dicendomi il figlio e’ tuo quindi cavoli tuoi di come dorme
3 in tutti gli alberghi danno priorità ai bimbi non che devo rispettare gli orari degli adulti per scaldare un biberon con del latte
Detto questo la colazione buona , pulizia molto accurata

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel con mio marito lo scorso weekend e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. La struttura ha il tipico carattere dell'ospitalità romagnola, in una zona tranquilla e a pochi passi dal mare, ideale per chi desidera rilassarsi.

La colazione è stata ottima e molto varia, con proposte sia dolci che salate. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la possibilità di richiedere piatti preparati al momento, come le uova strapazzate.

I proprietari si sono dimostrati sempre estremamente gentili e disponibili. Inoltre, ci hanno concesso un favore riguardo al parcheggio dell'auto che non era affatto dovuto e che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Il parcheggio è gratuito e in gran parte coperto, un ulteriore punto a favore della struttura.

Cons:

Se proprio dovessimo trovare un piccolo aspetto migliorabile, durante il nostro soggiorno (a inizio giugno) al rientro in tarda serata, intorno alle 23:30, era necessario suonare il campanello per accedere all'hotel. Ci dispiaceva un po' dover eventualmente disturbare la persona di turno. Tuttavia, immaginiamo che in piena stagione, con una maggiore presenza di ospiti, la gestione possa essere diversa.

Soggiorno per manifestazione sportiva
Pros:

Hotel a conduzione famigliare, persone squisite, gentili e disponibili ad ogni richiesta. Camera luminosa, accogliente, pulita e con tutto il necessario, il mini frigo è stata una piacevole sorpresa.
Le bici ad uso gratuito degli ospiti ci sono state utili.
Siamo stati bene, ho apprezzato molto questa struttura.

Cons:

la camera era davanti affacciata alla strada, lì vicino c'è un locale che fa musica la sera quindi il rumore ha dato un po' fastidio
