We spent the first day looking for the missing 2 stars as this was not a 5 star hotel in my opinion

This property has a lot of potential. The ruins in the floor are amazing. The location not be better.

The room had too much light, very noisy people around during the night, the and kept me from sleeping well.

Pros:

Disgusting experience. This hotel is absolutely not a 5-star property, it feels like a poorly maintained 3-star hotel.
The rooms are old, dirty and in terrible condition. Several light bulbs were not working, A/C was not working properly and when we reported it, we were told maintenance would come. Nobody came. The next day, reception told us maintenance only works in the mornings. After two days, the problem was still not fixed.
There was only one person at reception seemingly handling everything, and the level of service was completely unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be 5-star.
We also asked for slippers and were told the hotel does not have any. Even many 3-star hotels provide basic amenities like this.
The biggest problem is that the staff simply do not seem to care. No proper service, no urgency, no attention to guests and no effort to resolve basic issues.
Value for money: 0/10. Do not be fooled by the 5-star rating. This hotel is nowhere near that standard and I would not recommend it.

Está bien ubicado y es un hotel correcto.

Cons:

La habitación era ruidosa (venía del pozo de aire del baño), el baño no resultaba de todo cómodo. Me despertaron antes de las 9 de la mañana golpeando fuertemente la puerta para hacer la habitación (y cuando la hicieron no retiraron la basura). Fuera de eso el personal siempre fue amable.
