From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by a friendly, efficient, and professional team. A special mention goes to Adrian, who checked us in and went above and beyond to make our first visit to beautiful Granada a memorable one. He took the time to share valuable information and recommendations to help us make the most of our stay.
One suggestion that truly made our trip unforgettable was Adrian's recommendation to experience the Flamenco show in the caves, where this beautiful art form originated. We took his advice and asked him to book us tickets for the evening show. What an incredible experience! It was truly epic and undoubtedly one of the highlights of our visit to Granada. We are so grateful for that recommendation!
The hotel's location is also excellent. Everything is within easy walking distance, from lovely restaurants and shops to beautiful churches and other attractions. It made exploring the city so convenient and enjoyable.
We genuinely couldn't have asked for a better experience. The combination of wonderful hospitality, helpful staff, and an excellent location made our stay all the more special.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Granada who is looking for a comfortable, quality stay.

The hotel is clean, provides a dry place to sleep, and serves a very good breakfast.
However, this is a five-star hotel, and the rating should reflect that. As student accommodation, it might well deserve five stars.
At this level, clean walls, a toilet that does not keep running, an intact shower, working toilet ventilation and some soundproofing for windows facing a main road should be basic expectations. None of these standards were met.
There is no on-site parking. The hotel sends a link to a public car park, but spaces cannot be reserved. On arrival, it was full, as were the other nearby car parks. Finding a space took 45 minutes, and I ended up parking a kilometre away.
The biggest issue, however, was communication. Shortly after booking, I received a message directing me to an external website to confirm and pay for the reservation. When I asked the hotel whether it was genuine, they immediately sent a long, clearly prewritten reply acknowledging a data breach and confirming that the message was not theirs. Around three more fraudulent messages followed before the hotel finally sent a warning to guests. They evidently knew about the breach but initially disclosed it only when asked, rather than promptly warning those affected. This was a serious failure.
Communication about parking was similarly poor. The reply said “see above”, but there was no information above. The message they appeared to be referring to arrived several days later. Finally, the checkout link they sent did not work.
The maintenance issues were disappointing, but the handling of the data breach was unacceptable. Failing to warn guests promptly about a known risk had already undermined my confidence in the hotel before arrival.
All the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is excellent.
The room was very nice and location was excellent. Bathroom was a good size. Bed was a good size. Hotel had a restaurant. We were able to walk to the Cathedral just a few steps away and took the longer walk to the Alhambra. Lots of restaurants nearby. Overall a decent stay with an excellent location.
