Amazing hotel, amazing service, great room. We’d return.
Pros:

Excellent room, cleanness, service and the front desk guys were all exceptionally helpful, kind, wonderful! both my husband and I would go back again!!

Cons:

the eggs were from powder eggs, when we had breakfast. thats the only detail, not fresh eggs.

Amazing location to visit Granada
Pros:

Our room was on the top floor of the hotel so it was quiet which is great for us. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice especially fruit which was fresh. The location is wonderful to explore Granada as it is 5 minutes walk from the centre.

Cons:

We used the spa - we ended up having to complain to reception as there were no staff there, three of the 'rooms' were not working - it needs some work to make this a good addition to the hotel. The staff were wonderful in reception and refunded the cost.
The only thing with the room was that the windows were skylights so there was no view to see.

大変満足できた滞在でした。
Pros:

街の中心にあり　どこへ行くにも便利でした。暑い午後など休憩に戻ることができました。アニメティも充実していて　コーヒー　ミネラルウォーターもありよかったです。
スタッフも細かいことに親切に対応してくださいました。

All on our doorstep. Cathedral, Flamenco Show that was superb, scenic train & bus to Alhambra
Pros:

Perfect location. Excellent service. Fabulous breakfast. Very comfortable and spacious bedroom. Really enjoyed our stay and will visit again in the future.

Cons:

The only fault - I am a light sleeper and there was street noise.

Great location. Comfy Room.
Pros:

Nice spacious room. Comfortable bed. Great location. Could walk from the train station.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit weird. Lots of small rooms with glass doors.

Bien situé
Pros:

L’emplacement est très bien. Avec un membre de l’équipe qui prend en charge votre véhicule. C’est un vrai plus .
Le petit déjeuner est bien.

Cons:

L’installation de la salle d’eau est originale … dommage que le bar en rooftop ne soit pas ouvert tous les jours .
