Bar is located in the terrace and is opening From Thursday to Sunday 17:30 PM to 00:30 PM.

O hotel é limpo, confortável e bem localizado.
O café da manhã não tem um bom custo benefício
O hotel tem muitas escadas pelo desnível dos pisos. Ficamos em um quarto que foi preciso descer e subir com as malas. Não havia um funcionário para auxiliar
Quando pedimos ajuda veio a moça da recepção
Fiquei constrangida de vê-la fazendo força. O táxi que nos levou ao hotel não quis entrar na rua onde está localizado, pois é muito estreita e teria que voltar de ré.
Na saída fecharam as ruas em torno do hotel. Nenhum táxi podia chegar. Os funcionários poderiam nos ter avisado que isso estava ocorrendo com alguma antecedência. Quando pedimos que chamassem um táxi, no check-out é que nos falaram. Não nos ajudaram a achar uma solução. Tivemos que sair arrastando malas pela cidade até achar um táxi. Enfim, stress que poderia ser minimizado por uma atitude mais pró-ativa dos funcionários
La chambre n'etait pas vraiment à notre convenance. A la réception LE réceptionniste m'a répondu que la porte était juste là et que je pouvais partir, mais sans remboursement aucun. Attitude inadmissible.
Par la suite la responsable s'est excusée et nous a offert une bouteille de mousseux. Merci à elle, mais cela ne remplace pas la politesse

Perfect, central location in the heart of the old town and close to all of the sights, shopping, bars and restaurants. Lovely, friendly staff. Clean, modern rooms. Lovely roof top terrace and bar with a small pool and some loungers.
The property was great - maybe slightly on the expensive side.

Die Lage des Hotel 3 Minuten entfernt von der Giralda ist großartig. Das Taxi dorthin war sehr aufregend , da die Gassen sehr eng sind. Das Zimmer war großzügig.

Concernant le rapport qualité-prix, je pense que les tarifs pratiqués pourraient être davantage en adéquation avec les prestations et les services proposés.
Par ailleurs, l’accessibilité de l’hôtel pourrait être améliorée. En effet, les véhicules ne peuvent pas accéder directement à l’établissement, et les clients doivent parcourir environ 100 mètres à pied après avoir été déposés par un taxi ou un autre moyen de transport. Cette situation peut s’avérer peu pratique, notamment pour les personnes voyageant avec des bagages.
Enfin, le room service mériterait également une attention particulière. Celui-ci étant assuré par un prestataire externe, les délais de prise en charge et de livraison sont parfois assez longs. Une amélioration de ce service permettrait de rendre l’expérience client encore plus agréable.
Location was really central, very close indeed to the cathedral. Room was a good size and bed and bedding very comfortable. Breakfast was ok, and you could eat in the dining room or central lounge. Staff were friendly.
This was a very quiet place, it had been advertised with a rooftop bar but we stayed from Sunday to Wednesday and there was no bar there or anywhere else in the hotel. The lobby lounge felt very dead too, but nice if you wanted a quiet place. Breakfast - there was dreadful cereal, but no muesli. Air con and temp adjustment in room was poor.
