Приятно местенце.

Cons:

Не препоръчвам ресторанта на хотела. За местните може би е ОК, но менюто е гурме и морски дарове , а заешкото , което препоръчаха се оказа сурово и го върнахме. Останахме гладни.

Relaxing stay in a wonderful natural reserve
Pros:

Spacious rooms providing a nice balcony facing to the mountains. We had a dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious, price totally fair. Staff super kind and willing to help, they even allowed us to have a late checkout. The hotel offers a huge terrance with a swimming pool, tables and a trail to the park. Nearby a trail which brings visitors right in the middle of a bombastic wild oasi.

Cons:

Unfortunately the rooms were not quite isolated, we could hear people talking while walking in the corridor and our neighbors.

Nažalost veoma neugodno iskustvo.
Cons:

Veoma neprofesionalan odnos. Dolaskom u hotel, djelatnica (koja ne priča engleski nažalost) kaže nam da nema soba za nas (3 sobe za 6 osoba), te da smo mi otkazali smještaj. Naravno sobe su već prodali nekom drugom, tj napravili su overbooking. Pokazujemo joj potvrdu u plaćanju i važeču rezervaciju, te da nije u pravu, kao i poruku koju smo poslali tokom dana s najavom da malo kasnimo (jer smo s motorima ) i da dolazimo do 18h.
Na kraju zajedno pronalazimo drugi zamjenski smještaj, (u međuvremenu su nam ponudili piče i pizzu ) koji nije bio ono što smo željeli, tražili i platili, (zahvalni smo vlasniku koji nas je primio i smještaj je super ali nije ono što smo mi tražili.) Na kraju smo dobili puni povrat novaca od Booking, kao utjehu. Uglavnom veoma neugodno iskustvo, i nadamo se da će promjeniti poslovnu politiku i malo više se organizirati oko bookinga.

La seconda notte di permanenza era organizzata una festa privata nella struttura adibita in giardino ed è stato impossibile dormire per via della musica forte fino a tardi :(
Abbiamo provato a chiedere di ridurre il volume al personale ma non è stato possibile.

Al ristorante c'è stata qualche incomprensione e discussione tra il personale
