Alloggio minimal per una piccola tappa in famiglia

Comoda per una tappa prima di arrivare a Disneyland

Cons:

Struttura pulita personale accogliente. La struttura è un po' vecchia pertanto non di bellissimo impatto. Ha tutti i comfort ma manca l' aria condizionata e questo è un problema in estate! Essendo esposta su un lato solo anche aprendo le finestre si muore di caldo.

The aparment does not have air conditioning, the internet in the room is weak, for the four days of our stay we received 1 towel per person, the hair dryer in the toilet is not working, the sink in the toilet is blocked, the shower is leaking from the hose, there was never anyone at the reception during our stay that we could ask for if something was missing, the reception was locked except upon arrival, when the friendly host greeted us and handed us the key and gave us short, useful instructions

Je suis très déçue par mon séjour.

Le principal problème est l’absence totale de climatisation et même de ventilateur, alors qu’il faisait près de 40 °C pendant notre séjour. Étant asthmatique, j’ai eu énormément de difficultés à respirer et à dormir à cause de la chaleur. C’est un point qui devrait être clairement indiqué aux voyageurs.

Concernant la propreté, elle n’était pas au rendez-vous. Nous avons trouvé des insectes dans le logement, ainsi qu’un petit cafard sur le lit, ce qui est totalement inacceptable. De plus, les coins de la chambre ainsi que les joints étaient sales et mal entretenus, donnant une impression de manque d’hygiène.

Ce séjour n’a malheureusement pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes. J’espère que ces problèmes seront pris en compte afin d’améliorer les conditions d’accueil des futurs clients.

The Location.Very easy to check in and out. No deposit but you have to pay a safe car park and a city tax??.

Cons:

There is no option for person with dissability. The electric fan is very dusty we have no choice but use it since we came in a wrong timing of the month very very hot weather. They don't give extra Fan for the room you can imagine you are in a sauna for 4 nights. They don't change towels unless you stay for over 8 nights so you have to bring extra if you are staying for 5 to 6 nights.
