We had a great stay, the stuff are pleasant and professional. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel and the room design are beautiful. Last the location is perfect.
Overpriced and not very accommodating. The pool and 'spa' is not like the pictures. The pool is indoors and like swimming in a parking garage. You have to call to use the gym, which consists of 1 bike, 1 treadmill and a few weights. We were told 3 hour wait for pool and 2 hour wait to use the gym. No balconies and you cannot sit in courtyard unless you purchase an expensive cocktail from hotel bar. Breakfast is not included and 50 euro for some fruit and pastries. I am so sorry we booked this for 4 nights. I expected much better.
Staff was very courteous and attentive to our every need and helped with recommendations, things we have forgotten and so much more! Great location and walking distance from shopping, the old downtown quarter, and sagrada Familia.

Charming hotel, well located. Two things I don’t recommend is the room service (very expensive for what they give you, I think paid more than €60 for what you see in the photo which is pumpkin soup and a chicken filet) and the pillows. One very thick and the other one very slim. Could not find the right one for a good rest.
今回、知人からのおすすめを受け滞在をいたしましたが、旅を彩る最高の滞在となりました！スタッフ皆様のホスピタリティや行き届いたおもてなしに感動いたしました。何よりお部屋のモダンさ綺麗さが素早しく、冷蔵庫内のミニバーも嬉しかったです。また、ホテルがある立地についても、近隣の地区と比べて華やかで安全な印象でした（今回Barcelona内の他の地区、ホテルにも宿泊しております）。こちらがある立地は、日本で言うならば青山や銀座に近いイメージかなと思います。

The hotel is really nice and the public spaces (restaurant, terrasse, lobby) are lovely! Also it’s perfectly situated in a very nice area of Barcelona. ☺️
The room was nothing crazy in terms of design or amenities. The bathroom as well, very basic. I just would except the rooms to be a bit more beautiful for a 5-star hotel but it was lovely overall. :)
This hotel is amazing! Great location, the service is excellent, everyone is polite and very very helpful: ladies at the reception desk assisted me and helped me a lot. The breakfast in the garden is so dreamy and I found the food selection exquisite. Rooms are clean and bonus points for the complimentary minibar and Malin&Goetz amenities. The hotel has a calming atmosphere and lots of beautiful design elements that pleased the trained eye.
The hair dryer in my room was broken, but I was provided with another one. Also it would be nice to have some snacks in the complimentary minibar as well — I promise you, a bag of chips or nuts would make a great difference.

Casa Alma is a beautiful hotel, especially if you appreciate a more understated and refined aesthetic. The ambiance is elegant and serene, creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere throughout the property.
One of its strongest highlights is the service. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, making you feel genuinely cared for during your stay. The rooms are very comfortable, with well-sized bathrooms that add to the overall sense of ease and relaxation.
The location is outstanding, perfectly situated for exploring Barcelona on foot, which made our experience even more enjoyable.
There are just a couple of small details that could be improved. One is the shower design: it only has a partial glass panel, which makes it easy for water to spill onto the bathroom floor. A full glass door or even a curtain would make a noticeable difference in comfort.
The other area that fell slightly short for us was breakfast. While the service remained excellent, it tended to be a bit slow at times, and the overall offering was quite simple. The à la carte portions were rather small, and the buffet, though nicely presented, was limited and not particularly memorable.
Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to enjoy the terrace due to the weather, though we were told it’s a lovely spot to have breakfast outdoors.
Overall, Casa Alma is a charming and comfortable hotel with impeccable service and a fantastic location—definitely worth considering for a stay in Barcelona.
