Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. Direct Bill: Direct billing is only available after approval of the credit manager. The company to be invoiced must fax an invoice request to the hotel and include the specific charges to be invoiced.
Dogs weighing less than 40 pounds (18.14 kilograms) are allowed in guest rooms at no extra charge. Guide dogs are not subject to weight limits. A pet liability waiver must be signed upon arrival. A “pet in room” sign must be displayed on a guest room’s door. Dogs cannot be left alone in a guest room, must be leashed or muzzled in public areas, and are not allowed in food and drink venues. The hotel reserves the right to charge a guest’s credit card for additional cleaning and excessive damage caused by a dog.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Our gold bracelet went missing in the room, worth over £1000. The management didn’t do anything to compensate us. I wouldn’t recommend it and our child was distraught
The location for local transport was great
The swimming pool had external swimming lessons throughout the day and the 3rd party teachers were rude to the aloft customers and treating us like kids shouting at us for even passing through the otherside to get in and out the swimming pool. We complaint but got nothing but an apology back. Ruined mine and my childrens experience we booked for the swimming facility.
