The credit card used at time of booking must be valid for the entire stay. Please present the credit card used to make your reservation upon check-in at the hotel. Please note that in the event that you cannot produce the same credit card, the hotel reserves the right to ask for an alternative method of payment.
Credit/Debit Card Policy:
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Payment Policy:
Third Party Credit Card: Third party credit card forms are not accepted. Bank transfers and CHAPS payments are accepted. Please note that the hotel does not accept third party bookings paid by credit card: contact the hotel directly for information regarding bank transfers.
Check: Banker checks are not accepted. Traveler’s checks are not accepted for payment or exchange. Guest must show valid passport for the transaction.
Direct Bill: Direct billing is only available after approval of the credit manager. The company to be invoiced must fax an invoice request to the hotel and include the specific charges to be invoiced.
Dogs weighing less than 40 pounds (18.14 kilograms) are allowed in guest rooms at no extra charge. Guide dogs are not subject to weight limits. A pet liability waiver must be signed upon arrival. A “pet in room” sign must be displayed on a guest room’s door. Dogs cannot be left alone in a guest room, must be leashed or muzzled in public areas, and are not allowed in food and drink venues. The hotel reserves the right to charge a guest’s credit card for additional cleaning and excessive damage caused by a dog.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Sauna and steam room was a nice bonus
The air-conditioning was not working well. The food was very salty and there wasn't the greatest of variety. There wasn't a sign to state there were classes running in the swimming pool
Friendly staff, very clean and great location for the convention I was attending
We work at Excel multiple times a year, so we always book at Aloft for the convenience of how close it is to our stall and amenities. This time, I alerted them that I am in a wheelchair (which is a new thing for me) and, if possible, to be on the second floor so it's a straight roll out to the courtyard and into the Excel.
Instead of doing that, they placed me on a different floor. But it was actually closer to the elevators so it was less traveling for me and the room was accessible - something I failed to even consider in the first place! They went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable. The staff were accommodating and extremely friendly and understanding, and made me feel seen and cared for.
The pillows could be better! They're very flat and not very friendly on the neck. The only other thing we noticed was the red emergency pull-string in the bathroom was hiding behind the glass pane in the bathroom - meaning if someone falls in the bath, they cannot reach for that specific cord. Aside from that, everything was perfect!
The bed is good. It would be better if the bed frame is NOT fixed, with that parents could move two beds close together so that small kids can stay safely.
No facility to hand wet cloth in bathroom
Nice clean room with a mini fridge.
Breakfast was very busy and food did take a long time to come out resulting in long waits for food.
