Very comfortable and spacious hotel at a good price
Pros:

Lovely spacious room and comfy bed. Excellent breakfast and evening dinner. Great pool and sauna. Very friendly staff. Modern style

Cons:

Changing area for pool - no locks on doors and one door propped open. Steam room out of order. A bit hard to find reception initially if coming from station and internal signage could be better.

Very pleasant surroundings, very unpleasant occupants staying opposite our room.
Pros:

Hotel was very modern & comfortable. Great location for our concert in the O2 and we walked 20 mins from London city Airport instead of using public transport. Very handy overall. Lovely breakfast

Cons:

There was a group of youths staying in the room opposite us that were partying all night, very loud music, constantly in and out of their room, slamming the door and shouting loudly. Very strong smell of a substance being smoked and the next morning a full box of used fast gas cannisters.
