We were very impressed with this hotel. The staff were warm, welcoming and informative, and the room itself was really comfortable and quiet. Food was brilliant and the restaurant staff were lovely as well.
The hotel was so clean and had all the facilities that we wanted.
Parking was available and there was plenty of space to park our car outside the entrance to reception.
Will definitely return!
The TV suddenly came on loudly at 1 am and woke us both up and it took a while to get back to sleep. We had set no alarm on the TV; it must have been set by somebody else. So despite paying for a quiet room - and it was generally quiet - we stil had our sleep severely disturbed by the TV alarm.

The location of the hotel is ideal for visiting Excel. Ideal.
Due to availability, I was given a ...family room. It was just awkward.
There was not show stall... there was a full bath. Inconvenient for taking a shower. Slippery also.
I was told that the hotel had room service. this was not the case. one accessed a site with an incredibly limited variety of items. a sad excuse for room service.
I cut myself and although I tried to take the stain, I didn't completely. The sheets were not changed.
There was not window for fresh air.
Lastly, in the reception area, where people wait to be picked up, there is no where to sit...you have to go up five steps. With your package? There is space for a couch behind the column.

Swimming pool is too small and the queues for breakfast are too long - paying a premium hefty price for the pool is not worth it. Better to stay at cheaper alternative premier inn or likewise. 260 pounds I paid for one night.

Perfectly positioned for attending any events at Excell London. It even has its own direct crossing into Excell and great coffee.
Didn't find about the direct crossing into Excell until the morning I had to check out..
