The credit card used at time of booking must be valid for the entire stay. Please present the credit card used to make your reservation upon check-in at the hotel. Credit/Debit Card Policy:
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Check: Banker checks are not accepted. Traveler’s checks are not accepted for payment or exchange. Guest must show valid passport for the transaction.
Direct Bill: Direct billing is only available after approval of the credit manager. The company to be invoiced must fax an invoice request to the hotel and include the specific charges to be invoiced.
Dogs weighing less than 40 pounds (18.14 kilograms) are allowed in guest rooms at no extra charge. Guide dogs are not subject to weight limits. A pet liability waiver must be signed upon arrival. A “pet in room” sign must be displayed on a guest room’s door. Dogs cannot be left alone in a guest room, must be leashed or muzzled in public areas, and are not allowed in food and drink venues. The hotel reserves the right to charge a guest’s credit card for additional cleaning and excessive damage caused by a dog.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Ons gehele verblijf maar de aankomst en de receptioniste die meteen met ons mee dacht heb ik als erg prettig ervaren.
Er viel niet echt iets tegen maar vonden het jammer dat er niet aangegeven werd dat er zwemles werd gegeven. Ze hielden een baantje apart maar dat was wel klein.

Wonderfully helpful staff, comfortable room, great food and really enjoyed using the pool and sauna. The self-service snack bar is a welcome touch.
My husband is a wheelchair user, and the accessible bathroom was great. We did find the heavy self-closing a little difficult to navigate with the chair.
Air con didnt seem to be working. No great when you are unable to open a window

Ik heb voor twee kamers borg betaald, voor mezelf en mijn vriendin. Het ging om een bedrag van ongeveer €175. Tot op heden heb ik deze borg nog niet terug ontvangen.
A well located, comfortable hotel that was close to ExCel. Nicely appointed rooms, comfy beds and close to the DLR.
Nothing to complain about.
