Soggiorno fantastico con mia figlia a Parigi! La struttura è molto pulita, accogliente e silenziosa, ideale per riposare in totale tranquillità. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e sempre super disponibile. L'hotel si trova in una posizione eccellente a Vincennes, a pochissimi minuti a piedi dalla stazione della RER A e vicinissimo alla metropolitana, comodissima per raggiungere rapidamente il centro città. La zona è tranquilla, elegante e ricca di servizi, con supermercati, ottimi ristoranti e brasserie proprio sotto la struttura. Comodissimo il check-in online fatto in anticipo. Ci torneremo sicuramente!"

the room facilities and equipment were generally good.

Cons:

First of all, the air conditioning was producing a bad odor whenever we used it during the hottest days in Paris. We asked the reception on the first night to have it checked. However, there was no technician available, and during the following days we were out of the hotel most of the time, so nobody was able to inspect it. As a result, we had to endure very hot nights in the room.

Secondly, when we unfolded the sofa bed on the first night, we noticed some beard hairs on the bedsheet. I went to the reception to request a clean sheet. The receptionist (his name was Alain) did not believe me and asked for a photo. I explained that we had already removed the hairs and swept them onto the floor, but he still did not believe me. He brought a clean sheet and came to the room with me to see the issue for himself.

I showed him the spots and hairs on the bed, after which he left the clean sheet and took away the old one. Normally, the hotel staff could have simply replaced the sheet without questioning the guest. Instead, I found his attitude unnecessarily rude and unprofessional.

Pros:

Un appartement spacieux et bien équipé (cafetière, bouilloire, fer à repasser et même lave-vaisselle) accessible par ascenseur. J'ai été agréablement surprise par la taille de la salle de bain. L'isolation phonique est également très efficace même au niveau de la fenêtre donnant sur la rue. Vu les fortes chaleurs, la climatisation était un vrai plus. La bagagerie était également très appréciable.

Cons:

Petit point pour améliorer un peu : mettre un petit mode d'emploi de la climatisation, peut-être.

Séjour agréable, au calme, idéalement placé dans un quartier animé, à 2 pas du château de Vincennes.
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse avec un coin cuisine adapté et un grand frigo très apprécié. Chambre très calme malgré une exposition coté rue, l'insonorisation est plutôt performante. la salle de bain est pratique. Nombreux rangements.

Cons:

La climatisation est bloquée à 24°c ce qui est un peu trop pour la nuit malheureusement on ne peut pas changer la consigne. Une des serviettes de bain était tachée de sang, remplacée à la réception.
Le parking, 15€ par jour, a été facturé pour 3 jours pour un séjour du vendredi 18h30 au dimanche 11h00, c'est abuser !
