Posizione, a pochi passi dalla metro e a 20 minuti dalla stazione deii treni di Shinjuku
Nulla da dire
Posizione molto comoda, affianco all’ingresso della metro. Stanza pulita e bottiglietta di acqua per persona tutti i giorni
Stanza molto molto piccola
Great affordable hotel. Easy access to public transportation.
Beds were a bit too hard for me. Otherwise perfect hotel.
I liked everything.
Literally beside of the subway station that connects everywhere in Tokyo also distance walking from Shinjuku spots like the big cat on the screen. Having the subway just on the side of the building made life very easy!! 7eleven and Lawson both on the corner, food around everywhere. Couldn’t hear too much noise coming from outside just an ambulance siren sometimes but nothing that would disturb me or my wife. Staff very friendly, attentive and helpful with the questions we had. Rooms aren’t so big but for a 3 /4 night’s staying will definitely do it
Very little bathrooms
How close it was to the subway. Literally next door which made coming back on an evening so easy!
Rooms were fairly small.
Its right next to the station
Rooms are too small. The bathroom very small. Would of been good to have a smart TV so we could watch TV
Good Rooms and super location as right next to metro station.
Rooms could have been bigger
Station is literally just next to the hotel. Its comfortable hotel and reception staffs are very helpful.
El personal excelente
Todo bien
Overall, our stay at E Hotel Higashi Shinjuku was okay. The location is convenient, and the room was clean and comfortable. While the room was small, we understand that this is typical for many hotels in Tokyo.
One area that could be improved is the consistency of customer service. We noticed that the Japanese staff members were always friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They greeted guests with smiles and were very helpful whenever we had questions or requests.
However, our experience with some of the foreign staff members was noticeably different. When we requested fresh towels, they seemed uninterested and somewhat irritated, which made us feel less comfortable approaching them for assistance. While they were not rude, the difference in service compared to the Japanese staff was quite noticeable.
We would also like to mention that the soundproofing could be improved. The walls seem quite thin, as we could often hear conversations and noises from neighboring rooms. We were also frequently disturbed by the loud sound of doors being shut in nearby rooms, especially late at night and early in the morning.
好叫計程車
離景點坐電車有點不方便,晚上有很多救護車聲音
