Renaissance Zurich Tower Hotel

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, from reception to restaurant and the executive lounge. Modern looking facilities and rooms.
All in all a great stay.

Stayed 3 nights while traveling in Zurich with family. Conveniently located near Zürich Hardbrücke train station (5min walk), which is one station away from the old town / main cite center attractions.

Executive Lounge has a solid selection of drinks and food for breakfast and Happy Hour. Early check-in was honored for Elite member, which was superb considering the early flight arrival. We also got upgraded to a 1-bedroom suite with sofa bed and a sitting area, which was a huge bonus traveling with family.

Note: the Cruise ship tour groups do stay here often so the elevators can get congested in the morning when they're all leaving on their coach buses.

We stayed at the hotel in July with a group of friends and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the atmosphere was very welcoming.

A special thank you goes to Stella at the reception. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on her face. She made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and was happy to assist us with any questions or recommendations during our stay.

Excellent customer service makes all the difference, and Stella truly stood out. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and Stella deserves special recognition for making our trip even more enjoyable.

This is one of my favorite hotels in the world, I’ve traveled to so many different countries and this hotel has been consistent for YEARS. I’ve been coming here since 2018, the staff are absolutely the best, all friendly, efficient, and professional. The rooms are spacious with gorgeous floor to ceiling windows. The most comfortable bed is ever. This hotel is simply the best!

Our evenings quickly centered around the Sky Lounge, which became our favorite spot to unwind and chat with the team. A special thank you to Lea, whose kind, caring, and welcoming presence made us feel instantly at home. Ana at the front desk was so patient with our questions about everything Swiss, including trains, and tours. These genuine, cross-cultural connections are exactly what travel is all about!

We had an amazing stay at the Renaissance Zurich Tower Hotel and couldn't be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed by the entire team.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the train station and public transportation, making it easy to explore Zurich while still being in a quiet and safe neighborhood.

Our room was comfortable, and the bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. We did experience an issue with the TV, which would not turn on, but aside from that, everything else was excellent.

The staff throughout the hotel were kind, professional, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Panagiotis Tellos, who warmly welcomed me late at night and went above and beyond to try to resolve the TV issue. His kindness, patience, and professionalism truly stood out and made us feel valued as guests.

We would also like to thank Samuel Baumgartner for helping make our stay so memorable with his excellent hospitality and service.

The welcome drink was very nice for a first nice feeling. Breakfast is fresh, to an upscale liking, with good variety and quality. The room was spacious, clean, properly designed for couples; not just a place to sleep but to relax. With wonderful specialty coffee machine that makes you anxious to sip that first cup. The service culture was superior in ensuring customers happiness! Panagiotis from front desk was extremely pleasing to our visit and with all guests. He greeted us with tremendous charisma, enthusiasm and assistance to make us feel a once-in-a-lifetime visit and celebration. Congratulations on this standard of service!
