Pros:

櫃台人員服務不錯

Cons:

住在15樓蚊子頗多，床罩枕頭塵蟎很多，衛浴設備清潔不完全，冰箱裡面有上一組客人留下的飲料沒丟，B1三溫暖的部分，清潔超差，蚊子也很多，消毒水的味道非常重，希望飯店可以加強衛生管理

地理位置優越，附近被生活機能便利，如能再加強飯店某些硬體設備，會更增添擁有舒適的住宿經驗。

吹風機太小，吹不出什麼風，吹很久頭髮才會乾。

地元の高級ホテルだけど、お値段はそんなに高くなくコスパは良いと思います。
Pros:

ホテルの建物は、高級感があり部屋も広く清潔感あり。16階に泊ったこともあり静かでした。サウナは貸し切り状態で娘と二人でのんびり使っていました。風呂と水風呂もあり疲れをいやせました。プールも孫たちが2時間くらい入っていましたが貸し切り状態でした。

Cons:

朝ご飯は、写真等を見てもあまり美味しくなさそうだったので食べていません。トイレの紙は流せないのがつらい。

Prima afkoeling in de stad
Pros:

Ruime kamer en weinig omgevingsgeluid, staat garant voor een goede nachtrust. Er is een kleine gym en vanaf mei kan je gebruik maken van het zwembad (check wel van te voren de openingstijden). Locatie er goed gelegen ten opzichte van het havengebied en de metro. Er is een plek naast de balie voor levering van eten en drinken voor bezorgdiensten.

Cons:

De faciliteiten waren schoon maar de kamer was wel wat stoffig. Een keer deep clean en opfrissen zou wel welkom zijn. Je moet een zwem muts dragen, die zijn ook te koop voor 150TWD per stuk. Er waren wat weinig ligbedden bij het zwembad.

Hotel with great view but has some shortcomings with fittings inside room
Pros:

We had a room with a great view of the water. The train station was within 10 minutes' walk

Cons:

While it seems the hotel has refurbished the room recently, there are some fittings where were not properly thought through. The toilet roll holder was too close to the water closet. The width of the bathtub wall is very wide and it's difficult and dangerous to step over after you finish a shower

Awful experience and dirty room
Pros:

The location was the only positive point , the rest was awful.

Cons:

We waited for the check in time as the room was not ready, so you would think that once we got our room it would be clean but it wasn't at all. The bath tub had several hairs in it, absolutely digusting. The towels were smelly and felt used and unwashed, I am almost sure that they were not changed from the previous guests. No bottles of water in the room. The whole experience felt like I checked in a motel. For a hotel that claims to be a 4 stars that's absolutely shocking.
