Cons:

Digital check-in. Perhaps ok if you have one room. We had 2 and because we all had the same surname, it didnt accept the 2nd check-in. The reservation code did not work as well

La atención del hotel, nos quedamos sin agua, no era un problema del hotel pero tenemos un bebé y solo nos ofrecieron una botella de agua de 33cl... ningún gerente nos dio respuesta o solución, ningún email informativo, nada... muy descontentos en este aspecto.

Die Lage ist wirklich toll, das Bad ziemlich neu, eine riesige Dusche, bequemes Bett
.. alles prima. Die Rezeption im Haus selbst hat zwar eingeschränkte Öffnungszeiten, aber im Schwesterhotel ein paar Meter weiter ist 24 Stunden lang jemand da. Von dem bekommt man auch das W-LAN-Passwort.

Cons:

Dass man für das LAN-Passwort ins Nachbarhotel laufen muss, um das W-LAN-Passwort zu bekommen, wenn man abends ankommt. Das könnte man auch auf einem Kärtchen im Zimmer hinterlegen oder in einer Mail schicken.
