Pros:

Lucia, de Recepción acudió a ayudarnos en la habitación cuando al retirar una cama de la otra se elevo y no podíamos bajarla. Fue muy amable. Al final se solucionó . Un sobresaliente.

Hotel idealnie położony: naprzeciwko Alkazaru, w odległości spaceru do katedry i pozostałych zabytków, przystanek autobusowy i Plaza de Zocodover 100 metrów dalej. Sympatyczna i pomocna obsługa, czystość i wygoda bez zarzutu, śniadania fantastyczne w bliźniaczym hotelu obok. Żal było wyjeżdżać.

Me ha encantado, el sitio. Lo tranquilo que es, y sobre todo la atención. Necesitaba una habitación con escritorio y me la gestionaron al momento.

No había desayuno en el hotel, tenias que ir al hotel de al lado de la misma cadena.
Solo hay recepción de 09:00 a 17:00 luego te atienden en el hotel de al lado.
Es bastante ruidoso

La posizione perfetta per la visita a Toledo.

Cons:

La struttura,non essendo molto recente,ha qualche problema con le tubazioni: dal bagno provenivano odori per niente gradevoli! Inoltre il costo per la mia barboncina di 25€ al giorno è assolutamente spropositato! Credo il prezzo più alto che mi sia mai stato chiesto!

Mal olor en el baño imagino que debido al desagüe de la ducha y un ruido ensordecedor de las cañerías de la habitación contigua.

La habitación estaba reformada, muy bonita, la nuestra daba a un patio, por lo que no se oía ningún ruido.

Cons:

Por poner un pero....que salía olor a tubería del baño y había que dejar la puerta del baño cerrada para que no oliese la habitación.

En general, el hotel acogedor, amplio y cómodo, bien ubicado.mejor de lo esperado.
Pros:

Amplio y cómodo.
Las camas cómodas y el baño amplio, buena iluminación, buen aislamiento acústico.
Desayuno muy completo.

Cons:

Los desagües no tragaban bien y la ducha hacia charco, ocasionalmente olían los desagües.
No me gustó que se entre l hotel con un código que conoce todo el mundo, sería mejor con la tarjeta codificada de la habitación.
Al llegar encontramos pelos en el suelo del baño.
Tener que ir a otro hotel, no estaba informado correctamente, aunque no fue un problema
