Please note that the car park is located at the back of the hotel, as the entrance is on a pedestrian-only street. Please inform the property in advance if you wish to use the parking.

Please note that the restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Please note that children under 16 years old are not allowed at the Katharo Spa.

We inform you that after the communication and meeting held with the Benalmádena City Council, they inform us that from 5th November 2024 and until further notice, the following streets will be closed to traffic and under construction for sanitation, flooring and wiring of the same:

Hotel con aires mediterráneos perfecto para una escapada
Pros:

Hotel con aires mediterráneos! Personal muy simpático, el spa es realmente relajante y está genial que se incluya en el precio de la noche. El desayuno también muy bueno y la terracita para tomarlo es de encanto. Las camas son ENORMES! y muy cómodas. No había ruido a pesar de que estuvimos ubicados junto a la piscina.

Super Lage, tolle Aussicht, wunderschönes verwinkeltes Hotel, ruhige Lage und traumhafter Ort
Wir waren im Zimmer mit privater Terrasse und Meerblick
Zu Restaurants und Supermarkt ein Katzensprung entfernt.
Würde dieses Hotel sofort wieder buchen.

Cons:

Ich fand das Frühstück vollkommen ok. Meine Freundin hat frisches Gemüse und Müsli vermisst.
Geschmäcker sind unterschiedlich.

Brilliant! Already Looking to return.
Pros:

Everything! The quiet, remote location, the small square around the corner with a couple of restaurants. The View!! The breakfast was lovely, staff were great. Amazing couple of hours in the Spa with a massage!

We have stayed here for the past 10 years .. breakfast not as good & not as clean & tidy .
Pros:

It’s a great location.. lovley pool & roof top sunbathing. Rooms are great .

Cons:

Our room was not ready at 2pm check in time.. although we was given our keycard .. room still not cleaned until 3.30 pm

Bauarbeiten, dunkle Zimmer und wenig Entspannung- aber schöne Allgemeinbereiche

Die allgemeinen Bereichen waren schön, der Spabereich top, die Terrasse sehr schön. Der Außenpool wirkte sehr ungepflegt (gerostete Stellen, viel Dreck von Pflanzen)

Cons:

Bauarbeiten im Hotel, von der Lautstärke abgesehen lagen auch überall Bauwerkzeuge, Farbeimer und Holzreste herum.
Unser classic Doppelzimmer sah leider gar nicht aus wie auf Bildern. Wir hatten kaum Tageslicht, zwei winzige Fenster mit Gittern zum Innenhof, direkt vorm Aufzug, dadurch kam überhaupt kein Licht ins Zimmer. Es roch modrig. Im Badezimmer rostete der Handtuchhalter. Die Tür schloss nicht vollständig, da der Aufzug direkt vor dem Zimmer lag war es dadurch bis Nachts sehr laut.
Das Frühstück war sehr einfach. Das Personal spricht kaum Englisch, zur Hauptfrühstückszeit fehlten Brot und Teller.
Das Personal an der Lobby wirkte desinteressiert und arrogant.

Mit ein wenig mehr Aufwand wäre viel erreicht, das Haus hat top Potenzial.
Pros:

Es ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Frühstück war okay aber es ist alles etwas eng. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, raus aus dem Rummel der Küste. Perfekte Abende in der Gastronomie des Pueblo.

Cons:

Es würde gebaut im Hotel (Zimmer) ohne Information vorher. Dementsprechend schmutzig auf den Gängen. Die Mitarbeiter waren present aber keine nachfrage ob der Aufenthalt gefallen hat nach dem Check-out. Keine Lifte fürs Gepäck, keine Hilfe beim Gepäck.

Pros:

Dejligt roligt hotel, hyggeligt og romantisk. Påersonalet er meget søde, rare og venlige

Cons:

Vi havde luksus værelse men alligevel hang den ene skabs låge (hængslet var i stykker) og Safeboksen var ikke klar ved ankomst... Dette havde dog ingen betydning for et fantastisk ophold som vi gerne gør igen

Skøn beliggenhed i bjergene, perfekt hvis man har bil og ikke er gangbesværet, stort værelse og lækre senge.
Pros:

Rolig beliggenhed, stort værelse, lækker tagterrasse, sødt personale i baren.
Fantastiske senge.
Lækker lille spa.

Cons:

Rum 107 var meget mørkt, kun lille vindue til fællesareal så det kunne ikke åbnes eller lumske lys ind, der var en del støj fra elevator og rindende vand fra værelser over. Men vi skulle bare sove der så det gik.
Parkering koster ekstra.
Der var ikke drikkevand på værelset, i spaen eller til morgenmaden (kun vandhanevand)
Pool ikke rengjort.
Savnede lidt informationer ved check ind.
