Lokatie dicht in het centrum maar wel zwervers bij de ingang nadat het personeel was vertrokken
Veel geluidsoverlast. Kamer niet goed schoongemaakt. Vieze troep onder het bed. Matige uitstraling
Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut. In 3 Minuten zu Fuß in das verkehrsfreie Geschäftszentrum. 2 Minuten entfernt von der günstigen Keizer Karl Tiefgarage. Die Bettwäsche war sauber und gut.
Die Ausstattung des 3 Sterne Hotels. Zwar renoviert aber alte quietschende Holzdielen unter dem abgelaufenen Teppichboden im Zimmer.
Bad war renoviert, aber an der Toilettenspülung war ein elektrisch betriebener Zerhäcksler, der jedesmal einen riesigen Lärm machte, wen er anging.
Der Föhn war defekt, wohl durchgebrannt am Kabel.

Das Frühstück war nicht opulent, aber (in Buffetform) ansprechend aufgestellt und völlig ausreichend, dabei durchaus vielfältig. Die Lage des Hotels war ideal für Ausflüge in die Stadt als auch (sogar zu Fuß) in die nähere Umgebung. Es gibt zwar keine3 Parkplätze, aber 100 m entfernt eine große Parkgarage (16,-€ pro Tag).
Der Fernsehempfang für lineares Fernsehen war nicht vorhanden und auch nicht durch das Personal herzustellen.
