De locatie: je kunt zo naar het centrum van Maastricht fietsen en het rustige kasteelpark heeft mooie wandel mogelijkheden.
De kamer: erg klein en zonder de gevraagde twee aparte bedden. Enkele wastafel zit in de kamer zelf. N.B. In het seizoen zijn er voornamelijk grote groepen bejaarde en luidruchtige fietsers.
Superfijne locatie met mogelijkheid om mijn auto op te laden. Zowel snellader als gewone laders. Heel dichtbij Maastricht en toch lekker buiten. Heerlijke douche heerlijk douchspul van Rituals en heerlijk bed.
Eigenlijk niks. Er was op mijn kamer geen snelkoker of koffiemachine. Maar had ik ook niet nodig

Mooie rustige kamer, heel schoon! Lekker douchegel van Rituals..zeer fraaie locatie, gratis parkeren...en een goed restaurant in het hotel..
Waar wat vertering in zot, is de bediening van het restaurant..deze moest steeds aangesproken worden. En wen ander punt, mensen gaan balk buiten de deur op het terras roken, dit is zo onsmakelijk als je zit te eten en het komt naar binnen gewaaid..

Personeel supervriendelijk en hulpvaardig, degelijk en variërend ontbijt. Iedereen superlief tegen de honden. Diner prijs/kwaliteit uitstekend. Kleine bar en ruime parking. Uitzonderlijk grote tuin. Uitstekend gelegen tussen Maastricht en Valkenburg.

Das Hotel an sich ist ordentlich und insgesamt in Ordnung. Man merkt allerdings, dass es teilweise etwas abgewohnt ist. Das Bett war mir persönlich zu weich, aber das ist natürlich Geschmackssache.
Was mich wirklich enttäuscht hat, war das Essen im Bistro. Am ersten Abend hatte ich einen Caesar Salad, der wahrscheinlich der beste war, den ich je gegessen habe. Deshalb habe ich ihn am zweiten Abend noch einmal bestellt – allerdings war er diesmal komplett anders und leider wirklich schlecht. Es fehlten Zutaten, die beim ersten Mal dabei waren, und insgesamt war die Qualität deutlich schlechter. Auf meine Rückmeldung reagierte die Bedienung leider eher gleichgültig.
Positiv hervorzuheben ist aber das Personal insgesamt: sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und angenehm. Das Frühstück fand ich zwar recht teuer, qualitativ war aber alles sauber, ordentlich und völlig in Ordnung.

Mooie locatie dichtbij het centrum. Mooie en moderne kamer.
Er is geen enkele vorm van kamerservice. Onder het mom van millieu en klimaat geen schoonmaak van kamers etc. En dat voor een prijs van € 222 per nacht!

L'endroit et la propreté.
La foule et le groupe. Les bruits engendrés et que le prix que j'ai payé ne correspond pas a celui du groupe arrivé en bus. A ce prix, je m'attendais a plus de calme et de confort. Déception totale!!!
