Waardeloos, totaal geen waar voor je geld
Pros:

De buitenkant is prachtig, maar dat is het dan ook.

Cons:

De kamer was krap, versleten met een wasbak in de kamer. Rafels aan de vloerbedekking, flesjes Rituals in de badkamer waar B-keus spul in zit. Je boekt voor luxe voor een forse prijs, wat je krijgt is nog minder dan een B-keus hotel.

Betoverend is de oprijlaan.
Pros:

De locatie. De entree is bijzonder. En ook het bijbehorende sfeervolle terras/tuin.

Het personeel was ook erg vriendelijk.

Cons:

De vloer van de douche cabine vond ik erg glad. Bang om uit te glijden, ging ik zitten. Daar was een ingemetseld bankje. Dus dat ging prima. Moest wel weer over de gladde vloer de cabine uit. Maar geen handgrepen. Voor oudere mensen, lijkt mij dat wel gevaarlijk.

​Schöne Lage und ansprechende Architektur (umgebauter Herrensitz)

Cons:

Beim Betreten roch das Zimmer stark nach altem Schweiß; gründliches Lüften war zwingend nötig
Keine Klimaanlage vorhanden; von drei Fenstern ließ sich nur eines öffnen
Zimmergröße nur durchschnittlich
Ungünstige Aufteilung: Waschbecken steht direkt im Zimmer, nur WC und Dusche sind separat hinter einer Schiebetür
Magere Ausstattung: Keine Standard-Hygieneartikel (Wattestäbchen, Duschhaube, Nähset), keine Badeschlappen oder Bademäntel
Frühstück mit rund 20 € pro Person völlig überteuert, daher nicht genutzt
Für 240 € pro Nacht stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hier definitiv nicht. Keine Empfehlung bei diesem Tarif.

Fijn verblijf op geweldige locatie
Pros:

Prachtige locatie, grote parkachtige tuin, zeer vriendelijk personeel, goed uitgebreid ontbijt met vele lokale keuzes. Op verzoek cafeïnevrije koffie. Gratis parkeren. Bistro Els die erbij hoort prima en snelle bediening. Raam vd kamer kan open. Geweldig uitzicht. Ondanks de minpunten hieronder willen we graag terug!

Cons:

Er stond nog aangebroken waterflesje op de kamer van vorige gasten, een kussen was te oud, stoffige telefoon. Daardoor twijfel over hygiëne. Deur naar gang kiert, dus gehorig, maar geen last gehad van herrie. Decor vd kamer is prima, maar mag voor zo’n mooie omgeving specialer zijn. Kaas- en vleesaanbod bij ontbijt karig. Prijs voor de kamer aan de hoge kant, maar de locatie maakt veel goed.

Die Parkanlage, tolles Restaurant und tolles Bistro mit nettem Personal, super Parken direkt am Hotel möglich.

Cons:

Teppich auf den Zimmer Fluren, dreckig und sehr beschädigt.Die Zimmer Türen fallen wenn man nicht selbst darauf achten laut ins Schloss, sind die Nacht immer wieder davon geweckt worden. Nur eine große Decke, schwer zu Händeln. Zimmer Ausstattung sehr abgenutzt.

The hotel grounds and the bistro.

Cons:

The room was grubby and not very clean, had to request that it be cleaned. For the location the room was on the small side and did not have the coffee/tea making facilties in the room. Generally all the hotels and B&B's we have stopped in provide kettles etc.

Honden zijn welkom, maar zowel ‘s avonds in het restaurant als ‘s morgens tijdens ontbijt werd er aardig geblaft, zeker niet prettig😫
