Poderiam melhorar o tamanho da cama, a iluminação toda e o conforto do banheiro.

Da localização, da cordialidade e simpatia de todos os funcionários, da limpeza, do café da manhã, do tamanho do quarto, da rapidez no atendimento de minhas solicitações. Do preço .

Da cama pequena( tamanho casal), da falta de conforto no banheiro, de ter somente 1 elevador social( risco grande de comprometer a mobilidade), do barulho vindo da rua de madrugada ( trânsito) - fiquei no 4° andar, janela de frente para a Avenida. E muito barulho de hóspedes no final da madrugada, conversas altas . Iluminação sofrível no quarto e no banheiro, dificultando minha maquiagem e meu marido fazer a barba.

A localização foi adequadacom ônibus para Argentina e Pareguai na porta. estávamos no point de bns restaurantes da cidade.

Cons:

Café da manhã com muuitas opçoes muito calóricas (bolos, salgados e pães doces)e poucas opções saudáveis. Senti falta do ovos mexidos, que só teve 1 dos dias e acabou sem reposição. O café é oferecido as 3 hotés do grupo no mesmo local causando certo tumulto.

Pros:

A equipe é muito simpática e profissional. O hotel está muito bem localizado, bem no centro e perto de restaurantes, farmácia e transporte. Tem água potável gratuita para reabastecer. Apesar de simples, o quarto é espaçoso e o chuveiro é excelente. Wi-Fi bom. Tem Brinquedoteca e piscina. Café com boa variedade.

Cons:

Acho que precisam intensificar a limpeza da brinquedoteca e renovar os brinquedos que ficam soltos pq estão muito velhos e sujos.
