La camera un po' piccola..con il letto appoggiato al muro era difficoltoso scendere...e il costante odore di sigaretta in camera..che non si sapeva da dove arrivava...e la scala a chiocciola per arrivare alla camera e senza ascensore
I loved my stay there. Everything was perfect: the food was very delicious, the bed was so soft and comfy, and everyone was super helpful! The room was very cozy and every day I would get something nice to drink and some snacks. Very lovely! The food at the restaurant was delicious too, having it for breakfast or brunch made my day even nicer.
The only complain I would have was that the TV could have more options or make it truly smart.

Location was excellent for walking in the old town of Prague. The breakfast was fantastic, great healthy options. The staff were very helpful. Anna went out of her way to help us!
We were on 3rd floor, no elevator and steep stairs. Challenging for an older person.

Great location, friendly staff, and quite possibly the best included breakfast you will ever find.
There’s no elevator so if you’re staying on the top floor, the hike up the stairs can be a bit grueling after a long day exploring the city.
They treated me very kindly, even though I am not particularly good at English.
I am especially grateful to the female staff member who prepared a sandwich and a drink for me the day before, since I wouldn't be able to make it to breakfast.
