Wir werden das Hotel nicht wieder buchen.
Pros:

Gute Lage, nur wenige Minuten vom den Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Altstadt entfernt. Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, leider etwas eng. Ebenso enges Bad. Frühstück war für uns ein Reinfall, da die Gaststätte nur amerikanisches Essen anbietet, was nicht unserem Geschmack entspricht, keinerlei Alterative möglich.

HOTEL BIEN UBICADO, NO COGER EL DESAYINO

UBICACIÓN Y LA HABITACIÓN

Cons:

EL SERVICIO DEL DESAYUNO MUY LENTO, TE HACEN ESPERAR MÁS DE MEDIA HORA.
LUEGO TE DEJAN TODO EN UNAS MESAS CON MUY POCO ESPACIO Y SIN RECOGER, ADEMÁS DE POCO APETECIBLE LO QUE OFRECE LA CARTA.

Wonderful, will return!
Pros:

Lovely boutique hotel just steps from Old Town Square (5 minute slow walk). Excellent mini split air conditioners in each room that not only kept us very cool even in the summer heat, but drowned out sound from the nearby nightlife. Kind, attentive, and quickly responsive staff. Rooms are very clean and have most things you could need. We stayed in a double room with couch - it is compact but very comfortable. The bed was very cozy. Small details make this hotel stand out - interesting/entertaining nightly “bed time" stories with local legends left on cards in the room. Fresh fruit-infused water and cookies delivered to the room each day. The breakfast included is akin to something you would find at a trendy American brunch spot - delicious and large portions. As others have noted, there is no elevator and the stairs are a bit steep. But we were on the top (third) floor and still found the climb reasonable - most are in spiral fashion. We are both in our forties and in moderate shape. You can do it! 😊

Cons:

The water temperature in the shower was inconsistent but not enough to be bothersome. The pillows went a bit flat. Really very little to complain about.

Lovely little boutique hotel.
Pros:

Superb breakfast in restaurant. Excellent location. Great value for money. Lovely touches in the room which made it feel like a more expensive hotel - stationery, snacks, water, coffee machine, BBC on the TV (!!! THANK YOU!), great quality bedding, atmospheric lighting and aircon in the room.

Cons:

I think the shower in my room may need some maintenance (Emerald).

La ubicación

Cons:

El meitre de comedor es bastante mal educado- un chico alto, castaño y con barba. Uno de los huéspedes es persona mayor con movilidad reducida, bajamos a desayunar y le comentamos que tenemos reserva para 3 personas a las 10.30h… empezó con voz muy elevada a decir, que hay mucha gente en la calle haciendo cola 1 hora(no huéspedes), tendremos que esperar como todos. Le insistimos, que somos del hotel y teníamos reservado, vamos con persona mayor y no puede quedarse de pie tanto tiempo. Nos respondió a gritos mientras todo la sala giró a mirarnos, que hay mucho trabajo, no puede hacer más y eso es lo que hay.
Nos encontramos pelos negros y largos en la ducha del baño el primer día de estancia, el nivel de limpieza en general del baño es decepcionante.
En general, no creo que se merece las 4 estrellas.
