The old charm, nice, period property. Brilliant location.
A little too expensive for what you get. For the price i would expect additional features such as a spa facility or evening meal as part of the price, free minibar (examples)
Location. Building. Bedroom. Food at breakfast. Young bar staff worked hard. Excellent reception staff.
Coffee at breakfast. Shower pressure not high enough. Need fridges in the bedrooms.
The breakfast did not arrive because the staff failed to communicate with one another . We waited for an hour. Very young staff not being managed
Over dinner our order was mixed up vegetables did not arrive but they were put on our bill we had to check to get the charge removed .

The lovely receptionist greeted us and announced that she had upgraded our room. A charming character hotel with an excellent breakfast.

The location and history of the building
Holes in curtains. Carpet thread bare. Overcooked and long delays with breakfast
The room was clean, tea and coffee facilities in the room especially the small bottle of milk rather than the usual small pods. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The welcome at reception was warm. The location was excellent for exploring the Cotswolds. The bed was comfortable.
The lack of attention to detail for example; the ceramic top of the tap had fallen off, the blind was wonky when raised, the latch on bathroom door had been replaced but the old screw holes had not been made good, the shower leaked. It was difficult to find a place to park in the car park. The quality of the food could have been improved. We had planned to eat in the hotel restaurant both nights but changed our minds after the first evening meal.
