Behagelig og centralt hotel
Pros:

Parkering var ikke nogen problem. Hotellet ligger i et industriområde, men alligevel centralt og tæt på Verona by, indkøbscenter og motorvej. Vi opgraderede til 2 ikke-ryger værelser med forbindelse, så vi trygt kunne bo som familie.

Cons:

Udvalget ved morgenmadsbuffetten var skuffende og ikke pengene værd.

sehr schönes Hotel, toller Service
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Fruehstueckservice: auch unter Stress (es waren einige Reisegruppen da) blieb das Servicepersonal ruhig, professionell und freundlich. Gutes Fruehstuecksbuffet. Das Personal an der Rezeption war immer freundlich und fand für alle kleinen Fragen eine gute Lösung.
Das Hotel hat uns auch vom Ambiente sehr gefallen: sehr gelungene (Innen-)Architektur, gut durchdachte Raumkonzepte in den oeffentlichen Hotelbereichen. Sehr gut auch die videoüberwachten kostenlosen Parkmöglichkeiten.

زيارتي لن تتكرر لهذا الفندق

نظافة الفندق وقربه من السنتر 5 دقائق بالسياره وايضاً حبيت تعامل حامل الشنط كان رائع جدا واخلاق عاليه ويبذل مجهود جدا رائع ،،،

لا توجد مواقف كافيه للسيارة والفطور غير منوع وكذلك تعامل الاستقبال لاتوجد مرونه في الدخول رغم أني كنت دافع ليلتين لأربع أشخاص وكانت معاي ابنتي صغيره ودفعوني 40 يورو عن كل ليله ليس من المنطق وانا دافع ليلتين غرفتين ل 4 أشخاص .

Bon hôtel en dehors du centre-ville
Pros:

Les chambres sont confortables et le personnel très agréable.

Cons:

J’ai choisi cet hôtel pour la navette gratuite nous permettant de nous rendre dans le centre, mais pas de navette le matin, ni en soirée. J’ai donc dû me déplacer en taxi tout le temps.

It's location and name are the only + points, grubby and needing a refresh sums it up well
Pros:

Shuttle transport to the town was a welcome addition and useful even if the last shuttle is a little early if you wanted to dine out, the driver however drives a bit too fast and too close to other drivers making it uncomfortable to be a passenger.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit grubby and needed a deep clean. The exterior windows were filthy making looking at the view difficult, there was an ice bucket in the room but the ice machine (located in the gym on the top floor) was unplugged and out of ice.

The TV remote didn't work either and ended up using my own batteries to make it work
