Très bon hôtel
Pros:

Tout était parfait, la chambre était très confortable, la piscine par ces grandes chaleurs du mois d'août était agréable, quant au parking, il est indispensable et très pratique.

Pros:

Ideally located for my trip as I was attending a concert at the Tipos arena, very close to the hotel. It was easy to get to from the airport (a short, cheap, bus ride) and a simple walk into the old town for sightseeing.

The room was spacious and comfortable and even though I arrived very early in the day, the staff were able to find a room available so I could check straight in.

Man fühlt sich willkommen
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal - insbesondere im Restaurant Cloud. Das Restaurant hat eine passable Qualität sowohl in Küche als auch im Service; es dürfte aber auch unter Personalmangel leiden. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist erstklassig und bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Der Wellnessbereich wurde nicht in Anspruch genommen. Für unsere Zwecke - Konzert in der benachbarten Eishockeyhalle - ist die Lage perfekt. Das Hotel ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen.

Cons:

Der Badewanneneinstieg - in der Badewanne ist auch die Dusche - ist ungewöhnlich hoch.
