أعجبني موقعه قريب من الصيدليه والكوفيات وماكدونالدز تعامل الموظفين جدا رائع. عائلي جميل

Cons:

المفارش قديمه ووصخه والسجاد المواقف الخارجيه مأساه مكشوفه للشمس والمظلات ماتغطي كل السيارت غير انه وقفت مره فالباركن ووقف شخص وراي سكر علي لضيق المواقف وعدم ترتيب المكان

Unfair treatment

We checked in as a group of 4 friends. Three pre-booked the standard room while I pre-booked the deluxe and paid extra for it. I realized that the receptionist upgraded the 3 standard to deluxe and made us all in the same class of rooms!!! Why did I pay extra? At least I should have been offered a room with a view not a room that has a window overseeing another room in the internal and dark side of the hotel! I’m not asking that I should’ve been upgraded as well but I felt completely ditched.

الموقع ممتاز وممكن ارجع له اذا تم تجديد الغرف وصيانة المرافق.
Pros:

الموقع ممتاز جداً وطاقم الاستقبال قمة في الاحترافية واشكر موظفة الاستقبال ماريا على لباقتها وحسن تعاملها وكذلك البلمان جعفر على حسن استقباله واهتمامه.

Cons:

الفندق يحتاج الى تغيير اثاث الغرف وصيانة دورات المياه وكذلك النادي اجهزته لا تعمل والتكييف فيه جداً سيئ. الفندق يحتاج الى تجديد شامل باختصار.
