Pros:

Lokalizacja na obrzeżach starego miasta niedaleko dworca kolejowego. Smaczne śniadanie. Super że dania z jajek były robione na miejscu na zamówienie. Hotel ma swój klimat ale nie pasuje on pewnie każdemu.

Cons:

Pokój był bardzo zniszczony a wykończenie boazerią pamiętające pewnie XX wiek było przytłaczające. (Chyba obiekt jest w trakcie remontu, bo widzę komentarze chwalące nowe wyposażenie) Bardzo mała łazienka i prysznic. Brak klimatyzacji przy wyższych temperaturach pewnie jest odczuwalne(przy naszym pobycie było w dzień ok. 20 stopni więc było ok.) Materace były bardzo wysokie i miękkie. Można było spaść z łóżka. Bardzo duży minus za produkcję śmieci (talerzyki z jedzeniem na śniadaniu indywidualnie przykryte folią). W czasie śniadania ok. 8.30 nikt niczego nie dokładał. Jak się kończyła jakaś potrawa czy napój to jej po prostu nie było.

A lovely hotel
Pros:

Stayed in the annexe and wasn't expecting a sitting room, along with bedroom and bathroom. A very welcome surprise. Best hairdryer I've had in a hotel!
Staff were friendly.
Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Location was excellent. Plenty of places to eat! We really like Chur.

Cons:

Weren't informed at check-in about a guest card which could have given us a discount on the Chur cable car and free entry into museums plus discounted local transport.
Just to note there is no air conditioning.

Great stay, would come back again
Pros:

Great location overlooking Chapel Bridge and the Reuss River. Room was small but very modern and clean.

Gute Lage, nette Begrüssung, Wasser zum Abschied. Aufmerksamer Nachtportier. Sehr guter Kaffee.

Cons:

Das Zimmer dürfte bei diesen Temperaturen nicht angeboten werden. Es war trotz Ventilator viel zu heiss. Zudem erwarte ich bei der Angabe Lift nicht, dass ich das letzte Stockwerk zu Fuss machen muss. Alles wirkte sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wenig inspiriert. Ich habe in vier Wochen Spanien zum maximal halben Preise nichts solches erlebt. Wenig erfreulich auch die Botschaft, dass ich zum Nachtessen keinen Platz im eigenen Restaurant fände (es gibt aber in der Stadt genügend gute Alternativen).Für die Ameisen im Bad kann das Hotel nichts, aber sie waren noch der Höhepunkt auf alles. Etwas peinlich für ein Haus, das sich so hoch anpreist, wenn am Morgen niemand an der Rezeption auch nur annähernd Französisch versteht, vergessen noch spricht.
