La chambre est magnifique et très spacieuse, la literie incroyable et la salle de bain très confortable. Il y a aussi un parking gratuit à disposition.
Dommage de devoir payer un supplément pour avoir des peignoirs à disposition.

Hotel Stern was a lovely hotel with traditional character in the old part of Chur. The main building was charming from the vaulted reception area to the first floor breakfast room
My room was in the annexe at the back of the hotel. This lacked character and even though it was modern it lacked a lift and AirCon. I was up two flights of stairs and the room was sweltering in the heatwave. They provided a fan, but this just seemed to circulate hot air, it was fairly uncomfortable.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location that was easy to get around the city

the pluses were the location, own parking, cleanliness, bathtub in the bathroom and a spacious room.
Breakfast was below expectations. A small selection of meals, items in portioned portions, on plates covered with awful foil, frozen produce, and unpeeled vegetables. The cook couldn't even prepare scrambled eggs—they were overdone and terribly dry.
The lack of air conditioning was a disaster. On a hot evening, the only fan in the room was ineffective, making it impossible to sleep due to the temperature.

Couldn't complain about anything else . Room was decent size bathroom well equipped breakfast was ample so all in all a good experience.
I didn't look to see if it had air conditioning and being a very old hotel I should have known it wouldn't. But there was a fan in the room but it was still quite warm.
