Most rooms were as booked.

Cons:

One of our rooms was in the attic with no air-conditioning on a hot day. It wasn't what we'd paid for. I sent all names through for our allocated rooms - on arrival, the rooms weren't allocated, they did that as we checked in. The hotel was booked to maximum and we didn't get all the rooms we paid for.

Sehr nettes Personal. Gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Kostenlose Parkplätze. Zimmerausstattung mehr als zufriedenstellend. Sehr gute, zentrale Lage, dennoch kein Straßenlärm wahrnehmbar.

Cons:

Zimmer war extrem warm. Selbst mit gekippten Fenstern und Ventilator hat sich das Zimmer schnell aufgeheizt.
Während meines Aufenthaltes fanden Umbauarbeiten statt. Dadurch bedingt war es laut.

Charming Chur Visit
Pros:

Location was perfect. A very short taxi ride to the train station or easy 10 to 12 minute walk Generous and variety of options for breakfast. Easy walking to restaurants/shops and city garden.
Staff were very helpful Loved the character of the hotel. Also loved how the breakfast staff were dressed traditionally. I would be happy to happy to use this accomodation again.
We were a group of 4, needing one double room and 2 x single rooms. Apart from the smaller single room, it exceeded expectations.

Cons:

We booked one double room and two single rooms. One of the single rooms was on the small side. The other single room was more generous and perfectly sized. The two single rooms had no view.
