No está mal. Le doy un 8 / 10.
Pros:

Lo que más destacaría, sería la zona de SPA que estuviera incluido en el precio de la habitación (aunque por la zona esta de Alpes, casi todos los hoteles ofrecen el servicio de SPA) y el desayuno de bufet libre. El servicio por parte del personal ha sido maravilloso. Además es un hotel pet-friendly, puedes estar con tu mascota casi en todas las instalaciones del hotel.

Cons:

En las habitaciones no hay aire condicionado para la temporada de verano (sobre todo en semanas de olas de calor se nota), ese extra de confort se nota sobre todo al dormir. Y tampoco no aconsejaría a los demás huéspedes comer o cenar del menú del restaurante del hotel, ya que en mi opinión estando en Italia puedes comer por el mismo precio en cualquier restaurante mucho mejor y la comida cocinada en el momento. (ya que el menu que te dan por 25 eur sin bebidas, es todo calentado en microondas o en misma olla gigante).

Cons:

Terrazzino sporco, con polvere e terriccio sul tavolo e sulle poltroncine. Privacy quasi inesistente, poiché era separato dalle camere vicine solo da un divisorio in legno aperto che permetteva di vedere facilmente nei terrazzini e nelle stanze confinanti.
Il bagno vecchio datata ma soprattutto poco illuminato.
