Das Hotel hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen, würden wiederkommen.
Pros:

Wir haben insgesamt einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel verbracht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die sehr ruhige Lage. Der Strand ist in etwa zehn Gehminuten erreichbar, was für uns ideal war. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten, schön eingerichtet und bieten viel Platz.

Ein besonderes Lob gilt den Damen an der Rezeption. Sie waren jederzeit äußerst hilfsbereit, freundlich und verständnisvoll. Auch das Personal im Restaurant war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders Signor Giovanni hat uns mit seiner exzellenten Weinberatung beim Abendessen begeistert.

Positiv hervorzuheben sind außerdem der rund um die Uhr verfügbare Wasserspender mit Mineralwasser (mit und ohne Kohlensäure), an dem Trinkflaschen jederzeit aufgefüllt werden können, sowie der abschließbare Fahrradraum. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und bot eine große Auswahl. Die Abendessen waren geschmacklich gut und stets ansprechend angerichtet.

Parkplätze stehen gegen eine Gebühr von 10 € pro Tag auf dem Hotelgelände zur Verfügung. Alternativ kann man kostenfrei an der Straße parken. Am Strand können Liegen für 20 € pro Tag gemietet werden.

Cons:

Leider gab es auch einige Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt getrübt haben. In der Dusche befand sich Schimmel, den wir bereits zu Beginn unseres Aufenthaltes an der Rezeption gemeldet haben. Die Silikonfugen an der Beckenumrandung wurden zwar umgehend erneuert, der verschimmelte Brausekopf jedoch nicht. Trotz zweimaliger Nachfrage an der Rezeption und der Bitte, den Mangel zusätzlich per E-Mail zu melden, wurde das Problem bis zu unserer Abreise nicht behoben.

Außerdem waren entgegen der Beschreibung keine Pflegeprodukte im Zimmer vorhanden. An der Poolbar mussten wir teilweise sehr lange auf die Bedienung warten. Der bestellte Bellini entsprach leider nicht dem Original, da er offenbar mit Fertigsirup statt mit den üblichen Zutaten zubereitet wurde.

Mit einer konsequenteren Mängelbeseitigung und etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit im Servicebereich der Poolbar könnte das Hotel seinen guten Eindruck noch deutlich verbessern.

Krásný hotel,vynikající večeře a bohaté snídaně. Týmu kuchařů děkuji, ještě jednou.Obsluha u večeře skvělá. Služby na recepci perfektní. Hotel je blízko u moře a přesto ve velmi klidné lokalitě. Vybavení je moderní a dostačující. Nezapomenutelná dovolená. Všem chci moc poděkovat, za každý úsměv a skvělou práci. V době našeho pobytu,byla u bazénu módní přehlídka s následným tancem.Bylo to tak krásné, že jsme se roztančily na balkoně pokoje číslo 105 a skvěle se pobavily.Diky moc a tím vším jste si ziskaly věrné hosty. Už počítáme dny do naší příští dovolené.

Rooms and the hotel itself were clean, cozy.

Additional fees that are not clearly indicated in Booking. Additional charge for umbrellas? Why? Especially, when you write that hotel has a private beach area. We've been to hotels before and if they had private beach area it is usually free (or fees indicated if otherwise). Additional fees for parking? Yes, public parking is free, but there is no space. Even bikes were for additional charge. We left out with a feeling that we had been a little bit scammed. Breakfast definitely not exceptional. No salads - only cucumbers and tomatoes, usually hotels serves a proper choices of vegetables and salads. No changes in food. Desserts cheap (looks like defrosted from store) and no good. We booked a dinner, because there was a heavy rainstorm, but the staff lacks attention dos guests, portions very small. For next we will choose different hotel.

1 nuit seule mais cet hôtel doit être très agréable lors de séjours plus longs. Piscine, qualité des prestations et services.

Die Lage ist ausgesprochen ruhig!
Personal war immer da, wenn man es brauchte!
Außerdem war das Personal immer hilfsbereit und freundlich!

Cons:

Das Abendessen war meiner Meinung nicht „frisch“ vom Koch zubereitet worden. Ich denke es wurde nur warm gemacht - deswegen für mich nicht bekömmlich!
