Guests driving from the west, south and east can access the hotel via the A10 Berliner Ring (ring-road) and the Potsdam-Babelsberg/Potsdam-Zentrum exit of the A115 (Avus).

Guests driving from the north should take the Potsdam-Nord exit of the A10 Berliner Ring (ring-road) and head for Marquardt/Ketzin, Potsdam-Zentrum, Park Sanssouci and Brandenburger Tor.

Parking spaces are available in Charlottenstraße 125 (Subject to availability, guests can check in and then unload their luggage from parking spaces in the hotel courtyard), in Schopenhauer Straße 13 (2 short-term parking spaces are available for unloading luggage and then guests can park in the hotel courtyard or in Parkhaus Luisenplatz) or in the Parkhaus Luisenplatz. Die TopLage in der pulsierenden und gleichzeitig beschaulichen Potsdamer Innenstadt mit diesem ruhigen Rückzugsort waren

Pros:

Die Lage ist Top, man ist mitten im Zentrum, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen und trotzdem war es im Zimmer und auf der kleinen Terrasse im Hinterhof super schön und super leise.
Das Zimmer war Top (204).
Alles sehr sauber und das Personal ist super. Der Frühstücksraum ist zwar klein aber egal zu welcher Uhrzeit wir da waren wir mussten nie warten.
Das Frühstücks Buffet ist klein aber fein.
Der öffentliche Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage unter dem Luisenplatz ist mit 25 Euro nicht ganz preiswert. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts und es ist in so zentraler Lage ( leider ) normal.
P.S. Die kleine Minibar im Zimmer war mit Getränken und Leckerlis befüllt.
Auf Nachfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt das alles im Preis inbegriffen ist.
Habe ich so selten erlebt.

Great base for exploring Potsdam
Pros:

Location is amazing, directly across from parking and at one end of the pedestrian shopping zone. Breakfast was a huge selection of traditional German fare. Short walk to San Soucci palace and garden grounds.

Tolles Hotel. mit KLasse Service in Spitzenlage
Pros:

Ein super freundliches nahezu komplett weibliches Team macht schon beim Check-In Freude.
Das Frühstücksbuffett ist kaum zu toppen.
Die Qualität und Vielfalt ist klasse. Durchgehend wird (zu 99%) kein Einweg verpacktes Essen angeboten.
Der Parkplatz im Hof war ideal, wenn auch nicht ganz billig. Die gleich am Hotel liegende öffentliche Parkgarage konnten wir wegen Fahrradträger aber nicht nutzen.
Das Hotel war trotz großer Veranstaltung am Brandenburger Tor sehr ruhig.
Klimaanlage funktionierte perfekt.
Ein Online Schlüssel fürs ZImer war völlig neu für uns, hat tadellos geklappt. Fortschrittlich

Cons:

Ich persönlich freute mich nagelneue Matratzen zu haben, mit dem Nachteil, dass diese noch sehr hart waren.
Die Rezeption legte mir einen zweiten Topper unter und es hat gepasst.
Toller Service, über den ich mich bei dem mehrtägigem Aufenthalt sehr gefreut habe.

Wir waren im Studio im Nebengebäude. Ein bisschen Weg durchs Freie, im Sommer überhaupt kein Problem.

Die Zimmertüren schließen sehr laut. Durch Zufall sahen wir eine Mitarbeiterin, die die Karte auch beim Verschließen vorhielt. Dann gings ganz leise. Hätte man uns und anderen gerne sagen können.

Einzig die beiden Teppiche im Zimmer mit "Trotteln" waren eine kleine Stolperfalle.

Die zentrale Lage war spitze. Das Frühstück war mega klasse.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren leider zu warm, trotz Klimaanlage und wir waren im Dachgeschoss. Leider gab es kein Fahrstuhl. Weiterhin hatten wir gerne zimmerschlüssel für die einzelnen Schlafzimmer gehabt.

Pros:

Perfekte Lage mitten in Potsdam gegenüber dem Brandenburger Tor und direkt am Beginn der Fußgängerzone Brandenburger Straße. Wir sind mit dem PKW angereist; gegenüber dem Hotel liegt die Parkgarage am Luisenplatz. Das Parkticket kann man gleich direkt - vergünstigt - an der Rezeption bezahlen. Zu Fuß von der Garage vorbei am Brandenburger Tor zum Hotel max. 2-3 Gehminuten. Ideal!

Unser Zimmer 220 war geräumig, nicht ganz am neuesten Stand, aber absolut in Ordnung. Personal sehr freundlich; Frühstück vielfältig.

Holländisches Viertel und Stadtschloss zu Fuß in knapp 10 Gehminuten erreichbar; der Eingang in den wunderschönen Park von Sanssouci befindet sich ca. 5 Minuten entfernt.
