Beauty all around great room and view and assistance. Noisy at times but close to everything

I loved the view and the room . It was a little noisy at times
The staff was very helpful for many things

Cons:

The owner of the property has a policy for the spa that if yo are a couple or two you pay 24 for the spa and if alone you pay more 35. It advertises as 24 in the lobby and it is wrong as I am in the spa industry where people travel alone to go to spa that one should not be charged extra if alone.

La direction pas assez à l’écoute de la clientèle.
Pros:

Hôtel relativement confortable mais le personnel et la direction pas à l’écoute de la clientèle.
Dommage !!!

Cons:

Très compliqué avec la direction de l’hôtel de faire avancer l’heure du petit déjeuner, nous n’avons pu prendre aucun petit déjeuner les 3 matins, très déçu de ne pas avoir pu arrangé la situation !
Grosse déception !!!
Et en plus, le tarif sur les 3 jours était élevé.

Good experience at Hotel Natale.
Pros:

Very nice hotel, friendly people. Traditional Tyrolean decor, it was lovely. Breakfast was good.

Velice krásné ubytovani , v blízkosti centra a s výhledem na Alpy. Příjemný personál, čisté prostory , příjemné prostředí. Prostorný pokoj.

Cons:

Scházela nám nabídka zeleniny k s nídani - ta nebyla žádná.
