Rude loud lady on the front desk. She was so loud we could hear her through the walls. They claim they have sound proofing, yeah right. You hear every noise .

Pros:

An der Unterkunft war nur die Größe des Zimmers gut, der Rest war einfach nur schrecklich.

Cons:

Das Personal war ein Witz, einfach nur unfreundlich, man hat sich in dieser Unterkunft einfach nicht wohl gefühlt.
Bei einem „3 Sterne Hotel“ Unterkunft nehmen und dann nur abgezogt werden ist für mich neu und komplett unverschemt. Für die Nacht über 300 Euro zahlen und anschließend noch für die vielen freien Parkplätze pro Nacht abgezogt zu werden ist eine Frechheit! Ebenso ist ein Witz für den Wellnessbereich pro Person 24 Euro zahlen zu müssen. Keine Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet und ebenso Zusatzgebühren für ein kleines Ham and Eggs in der Höhe von 7 Euro. Eine reine Abzocke - auf keinen Fall weiterzuempfehlen!!!!

Chalet room with private spa
Pros:

Such a wonderful place to stay, with really helpful staff. The private spa was an incredible facility to have, and breakfast had a great selection. Room was compact, but lovely chalet style wooden interior and perfect for our use.

Great hotel.
Pros:

Good proximity to centre of town - 10 min walk. Room and terrace were great but the mountain view is interrupted by construction of large hotel. Easy parking. Great breakfast.

A perfect stay in Cortina
Pros:

Very nice small hotel, perfectly located close to city centre and with view to the extraordinary mountains of Cortina. The staff was super friendly, welcoming and made our stay even better. We will definitely come back again. ☺️

Great hotel and location!
Pros:

Great hotel in the heart of Cortina! The hotel has stunning views of mountains from all sides, great service and is a short, easy stroll from all the restaurants and shops. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Great location to drive to Tre Cime, Lago di Sorapis and Lago di Brais. Breakfast was a tasty selection of pastries and hot food.

It was terrific and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!
Pros:

The staff was exceptionally helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable. Shower was great. Breakfast superb. Bus stop to get to Lago d’ Braies is across the street. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Our room was relatively noisy. We could hear other guests and staff at times.
