Gorgeous hotel, great location and lovely helpful staff
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and traditionally decorated, gorgeous views from the balconies over the town and mountains. Great breakfast! The hotel will even pack you a to go breakfast if you have to leave before the service for breakfast starts. Also helpful if you have a car and need to park. Easy walk into the Main Street.

Good working staff but I would not stay there again.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Especially the coffee was good.

Cons:

Standard room was very small for two. I would like to have little bit more room especially staying for 6 nights. Very noisy from cars and construction going on near by. Since the hotel has no air conditioning, opening the windows to get cool air that’s when noise is heard.

Pros:

Great staff, super friendly. The location was amazing and the facilities were wonderful. The spa was particularly lovely - great after a long day.

Cons:

The room we stayed in was very hot in the evenings - it would be great if a fan could be provided. That being said, accommodation in the Dolomites is built for the cold so no judgement!

Great chalet-style hotel near town centre
Pros:

loved the location and the room with the balcony and views.
2 single beds, as requested.

Cons:

Not having a kettle or drink making facilities in the room
No advance notice of £200 deposit, then demanded at 10pm at night when we were shattered and not connected to WiFi. An unexpected expense . Also city tax appeared on booking.com invoice but guests were charged €3.50/person/night when they stayed there?

A Perfect Stay!
Pros:

The staff was incredibly kind and went out of their way to answer all our questions about hikes, bus routes, etc. We planned our trip around day hikes, and the hotel is a short walk from where the Cortina Express stops and a reasonable walk from the bus station where the local lines stop.

There was construction outside our main balcony, but it didn't impact our stay in the slightest. The room was bigger than anticipated, and the balconies were the perfect place to sit and take in the views. We were lucky enough to be there on August 14th (Ferragosto) and watched the bonfires from our balcony.

Cons:

Honestly, it was a perfect stay, and the staff were so gracious with our questions. I would recommend Hotel Natale to anyone going to Cortina.
