- Zentrale, aber ruhige Lage
- Blick zum Turm

Cons:

- Vorsicht, wenn man mobilitätseingeschränkt ist: Die Unterkunft liegt im 4. Stock, kein Lift
- Die Schiebetür zum Bad lässt sich nicht schließen; als Notlösung haben wir ein Stück Karton in den Spalt geklemmt, damit die Tür geschlossen bleibt
