Pros:

とにかくなんちゃって五つ星ホテルが多い中、ここは本当に全てが素晴らしかったです。ベッドシーツのクオリティが最高で幸せでした。バスルームも広くて豊かな気持ちになれました。スタッフも皆様本当に優しかったです。朝食もいつもはあまり食べないのですが(マリオットレベルでも)ここは本当に全てが美味しかったです。少し待ってくれたら窓側をすぐに片付けるわよって言って頂きグラナダの美しい景色を見ながら朝食を食べられたのも本当に嬉しかったです。とにかく前月に泊まったラッフルズホテルにも劣らないもう一度絶対に戻ってきたいと思えた最高のホテルでした。

Bellissimo hotel con camere spaziose e pulite. Davvero curato in ogni particolare
Pros:

La struttura è molto bella, curata nei minimi particolari ricorda un edificio arabo arredato con buon gusto e ricchezza di particolari. Le stanze sono molto grandi ed i letti comodi. Pratico anche il servizio di wallet e parcheggio per la macchina.
La posizione è davvero strepitosa con una bellissima vista sulla città e a due passi dall’ingresso dell’Alhambra.
Ottima anche la colazione

Cons:

L’albergo è situato in situazione dominante rispetto alla città (come l’Alhambra) quindi bisogna considerare la possibilità di ricorrere ai taxi per andare e venire da Granada (non più di 10 minuti di strada con l’auto)

Great location for the Alhambra

Cons:

Staff was rude. There was an issue with the booking.com reservation (booking.com was wrong about the number of beds in each room), and the staff escalated the situation with us aggressively. We just wanted to know how best to proceed and we understood it was not the hotels fault. It was 4 staff being aggressive with me, started our stay with a lot of stress.

Great view of Granada and very close to Alhambra.
Pros:

Lovely hotel on top the hill overlooking Granada. Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

If you just want to visit Alhambra it is really close but it is quite a trek up and down the hill for the rest of the city.

Beautiful property and excellent location but the hotel is in need of refurbishment.
Pros:

We had dinner there on arrival and found the food and service to be very good despite being a little over- priced. The breakfast was very good, too, although once again we found it it quite expensive for a buffet-style meal.
Our room had a lovely view over Granada and it was both big and comfortable despite being in need of some refurbishment (paint peeling off the wall under the window). The coffee in the room was excellent and was replaced every day as was the water.
It is ideally located for visiting the Alhambra but it's quite a steep walk up and down the hill into town. There is a regular bus service however that stops a few metres from the hotel entrance which is very convenient.

Cons:

The hotel is beautiful but is definitely in need of refurbishment, especially in the lobby area.
We found our room a little noisy as the bar staff were not very attentive to the noise level made by the banging of doors at around midnight. This was exacerbated bybour being close to the lift anf to a store room.
We also had a problem with a member of staff who booked us into the wrong restaurant in town, leaving us with the difficult task of finding another one at 9 p.m. in a town full of tourists.

Way overpriced and overrated
Pros:

The staff was very welcoming and attentive

Cons:

Terrible terrible terrible first suite they tried to stick us in. Tiny windows and a horrible loud humming noise.
No amenities besides a gym. Room service was not good and my whole family got upset stomachs.

Truly amazing — the spiritual vibes throughout the place make the experience very special.
Pros:

The suite is spacious and comfortable. However, the experience would be further enhanced with a king-size bed, a larger living area, and more spacious seating options.

Cons:

The breakfast selection was somewhat below expectations in terms of variety, especially considering the price paid.

Pros:

Common areas were lovely, view was great close to the palace & staff very friendly

Cons:

Bedroom was dated, the air conditioner rattled constantly and the bathrooms could be updated/ cleaned more thoroughly
