Good value. Nice breakfast. Hotel needs maintenance
Pros:

The rooms are large and spacious with everything you need to prepare your own meals. There is a Lidl nearby. The breakfast is great and well thought out for a small hotel.

Cons:

The air conditioning was not working. The staff did not give any indication as to if and when it would be fixed. The gym is poorly though out and has limited equipment. The treadmill was broken when I used it. I informed the staff about this as it was dangerous, stopping suddenly with any significant pressure on the belt. The staff didnt seem at all concerned about this. My overall impression was that the hotel needs maintenance as there are a few issues that need fixing.

Mauvais car il faisait super chaud dans la chambre

L’emplacement

Cons:

La Clim ne fonctionnait pas et on ne m’avait pas prévenu en avance. J’aurai certainement changé d’hôtel. Il faisait 40 degré dans la chambre.
Vu avec le personnel, il n’y avait pas plus la possibilité de me changer de chambre.
J’ai demandé un geste commercial, la responsable de l’accueil m’a proposé une reprise commercial de 10% seulement pour les 2 nuits.
Soit 17€. C’est même pas le prix d’un petit dej dans l’hôtel. ( le petit dej est à 19€/ personne)
J’ai refusé cette remise commerciale qui n’a aucun sens.

We didn't stay here in the end and had to work hard for a refund

Cons:

Air conditioning broken with no advance notice of this. It was 40 degrees and aircon was why we chose it. Wifi also broken. Staff largely unhelpful and it took days to sort refund
