El persona muy despreocupado, de los pasajeros. Se nota que hay mucha rotación… poco instruido en el funcionamiento del hotel ..

No vale la pena la pension completa. Relacion precio/calidad malo.

La amabilidad del personal y las habitaciones.

Cons:

La comida del restaurant era pesima. El servicio lento, llegaba fria, no era del 100% de lo que aparecia en el menu, por ej: en el plato de atun decia arroz thai y llego con otro arroz y la salsa no era thai. El sandwich llego con un pan frio, ni siquiera tostado o con una capa de mayonesa, la carne no llegaba al punto solicitado. En general, estuvimos 3 dias completos y pagamos la pension completa y el menu de la sugerencia del chef fue la misma en los tres dias y tenia 4 platos, es decir en un almuerzo y cena, entre dos personas probaban el menu completo y en los otros dias no habian mas opciones. Por ningun motivo pedir las sopas/cremas o los sandwich, y claramente la pension completa no.es una experencia a la altura de lo que uno esperaria del hotel NOI. De todas formas destacar que la amabilidad y cordialidad del personal destacaba.

La pension completa no ofrece una experencia para realmente aprovechar el hotel el dia completo.

Nice hotel away from the town
Pros:

A very nice hotel just 10 minutes walk from town. Friendly reception staff. Rooms are large and well furnished. On site restaurant available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had many early morning activities and were not allowed to boxed up breakfast to go. On checkout we found that this needs to be ordered the night before and collected from reception.

A wonderful hotel
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is very comfortable and spotlessly clean.
The taff aren’t just courteous - they are genuinely friendly.

The food at the restaurant was consistently delicious. I want to give special mention to Maggy at the restaurant, who provided exceptional service.

The hotel is located on a quiet road close to the town center. There is parking for cars available in front of the hotel. The breakfast offers a lot of great choices and the espresso machine from Lavazza makes great coffee.

Cons:

We are a travelling couple and I booked a deluxe room (picture showed a double bed). The room that we got assigned (number 19) is better suited for travelling siblings it had 2 tiny (smaller than twin) beds a bit of an awkward choice by the person at the front desk.
