We love this place.
Difficult question, but I feel like the comfort of the mattresses and the pillows can be improved. Dinner was amazing, but not sure if it was due to the prime time that we arrived but it was difficult to get the attention of the staff so there was some wait time for ordering.

Dinner, I ordered a burger, but the bread/bun was dry and tough to eat.
Comfortable room although we overlooked the motorway which was noisy through the night. Food in the restaurant was tasty. Restaurant staff pleasant and helpful.
Drove from the UK in an EV. One of the main reasons for booking this hotel was that there were numerous high speed and 22kw chargers on site. There were no high speed chargers and the 22kw ones would NOT work with a British issued credit card!!! Therefore could not charge at the hotel. Staff confirmed that foreign credit/debit cards could not be used and there was no way to use a hotel card and the fee to be added to the room bill.
Behoorlijk gehorig. Als je een lichte slaper bent, dan moet je niet dit hotel boeken. Je hoort de snelweg en je hoort de andere gasten en deuren die worden gesloten. We hadden gevraagd om een andere kamer, maar het hotel was al volgeboekt dus dat was geen optie. Bij het uitchecken werd me de vraag gesteld of mijn verblijf bevallen was en daar heb ik eerlijk antwoord op gegeven.
In plaats van eigenaarschap te nemen en excuses aan te bieden (zoals, "vervelend dat we niets voor je hebben kunnen doen, kunnen we je op zijn minst een kop koffie aanbieden?") Werd de schuld op mij verschoven. Ik had twee uur van tevoren geboekt en kreeg bij het melden van mijn klacht te horen "je had dit bij het boeken aan moeten geven". Pardon? Dat had weinig verschil gemaakt, want toen ik het aangaf op het moment dat we in het hotel waren, was het al te laat. En bovendien kan iemand niet van tevoren al weten hoe slecht geïsoleerd jullie hotel is.
Le confort de la literie, le peut déjeuner fabuleux, le parking
L’insonorisation des chambres côté autoroute est vraiment à revoir. Même la nuit, les bruits sont très présents. Nous avons. Déjà logé dans d’autres vandervalk à proximité de l’autoroute et l’insonorisation était nettement supérieure. Ici, toutes fenêtres fermées il fallait monter le son de la télé pour couvrir le bruit extérieur de cette autoroute.
Das Hotel als solches sehr gut.
Eine Umbuchung oder Gutschein wurde abgelehnt, trotz rechtzeitigen informieren. Da ich 2027 wieder 6-8 mal meine Freunde dort besuchen werde muss ich mir eine andere Unterkunft suchen.
