Pulito, comodo, ma senza ascensore!
Pros:

Hotel in buona posizione con parcheggio della stazione comodo e poco costoso!
Tutto nella norma per la categoria dell'hotel, l'unica cosa da segnalare, la mancanza di un frigobar in camera!
Buonissimo anche il ristorante sotto l'hotel.

Cons:

Sapevamo che c'era solo il montacarichi e non l'ascensore, ma nonostante abbiamo fatto presente di un problema alle ginocchia, non ci è stato fatto usare, liquidandoci con un "è rotto", quanto questo è impossibile, perchè altrimenti non potevamo muovere i carelli delle lenzuola e asciugamani!

Buona posizione e buona la colazione. Staff cortese

Cons:

L’ascensore non funzionante, ciò nonostante lo staff non si è offerto di portarci le valigie al secondo piano. Il bagno grande ma non funzionale. Nelle ore serali in camera c’era puzza di fogna. Nelle camere mancava il frigobar. Il bollitore era messo in una posizione in cui era impossibile collegarlo alla presa di corrente. In generale deludente

Staff maleducato e svogliato. Struttura un po’ puzzolente (forse per la moquette) ma la camera era pulita. Non c’è reception 24h per cui se dimentichi il codice per entrare devi chiamare un numero al quale una persona dello staff risponde con maleducazione. Durante il nostro soggiorno di una notte sono rimasti chiusi fuori 3 ospiti a cui abbiamo aperto noi sentendo il citofono suonare dato che eravamo al primo piano con la camera

Hotel a recommander
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et propre.
Très calme malgré la gare en face .
Petit déjeuner copieux et très varié.
Il y a des restaurants a proximité, pas besoin de prendre la voiture.
Personnel d accueil , de service (au déjeuner)ou de ménage, serviable ,compétent et souriant.

Cons:

Pas de parking privatif ,se garer aux alentours et payant.

Bien dans l'ensemble
Pros:

Chambre correcte.. emplacement a cote de la grae mais coin tranquil et la gare est belle et propre.. petit déjeuner.. simple mais efficace.. Parking facile dans les rues a proximité..

Cons:

Réception quasi inexistante.. et personnel peut présent. Airco n'est pas parfait ou pas a 100% opérationnel mais suffisant pour ne pas avoir trop chaud..

Ontbijt. Charcuterie leek al wat uitgedroogd. Ook al zaten we om 8 u30 aan tafel. Brood was ook redelijk hard. Kinderen vonden het jammer dat er geen jonge kaas was.

Le petit déjeuner, l'accueil, la proximité du centre et de la gare, facilité de parking, le calme

Cons:

La chambre est minuscule, la vue horrible, la décoration basique vieillotte et surtout défraîchie. La salle du petit déjeuner est bien. Les vitres sont tellement mal entretenues qu'on ne voit pas à travers. Ce petit hotel a du potentiel mais on ressent de laisser aller.

Il personale di lingua italiana non è stato professionale, pensando di non essere compreso ha fatto dei commenti irrispettosi verso il cliente con un collega e ha dimostrato poca disponibilità a soddisfare la richiesta di una stampa.
La camera era poco illuminata. All'arrivo ho trovato il cestino del bagno da svuotare, mancavano asciugamani e il giorno successivo non è stata riordinata nè fatto il cambio degli asciugamani. Pulizia sommaria. Rapporto qualità /prezzo basso
