From February to September 2026, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm, construction noise may occur due to apartment renovation works within the Fairshore complex.

It was very mediocre and I sadly won’t be re booking. I was excited to stay as I’d stayed at fairshore for many years as

Location is exemplary

Cons:

I wasnt able to park my car on the property for the first day and night and I had to keep moving it from different parks on the street. On the second day I was given a park which was appreciated. Given the $900 per night stay I would not expect to have to park in the street at all.

The bed that I slept on would move around the room when I turned over in bed. Perhaps there is a way to lock the wheels on the bed as this kept me up through the night. Again not something I would anticipate given the nightly rate

The decor was dated and not of good taste

The side table beside the sofa was wobbly and broken so you could not rest a glass on it.

I have never given a bad accomodation review before, so this alone says something. I’m not one to complain but I found this experience to be very underwhelming.

The apartment was well furnished, comfortable and clean with a beautiful view overlooking the beach.
Pros:

We were a family of 3 and had a 2 bedroom apartment on the 1st floor looking over the pool, spa and beach.

We absolutely loved every minute and will be coming back.
Pros:

Location was amazing and the view from the room was the best in all of Noosa.

Cons:

The wardrobe was very dusty. We ended up having to buy our own toilet paper as it was not provided everyday.

Perfect location but furnishings rundown
Pros:

You truly can’t beat the location, which remains the standout feature and a big reason we chose to return. That said, given the current condition of the unit, it feels out of step to be charging prices comparable to other properties on the strip that offer a noticeably higher standard. At this price point, the experience felt closer to a 3-star Airbnb than a premium or luxury stay. With refurbishment and better maintenance, this could once again justify its pricing.

Cons:

This was our second stay at the property — we first stayed here around 10 years ago, and at that time it was in much better condition. Unfortunately, the unit we stayed in on this visit is clearly showing its age, with noticeable wear and tear and a general lack of upkeep that detracts from the experience.
