Would love to return if it’s possible to book one of the rooms on the ground floor
Pros:

We lived on the ground floor by the garden and it was a great room! Vary spacious for a Parisian hotel and not too hot considering we stayed there in June

Cons:

The room could maybe use a mini fridge especially during summertime

Easy walking distance from Gare Est and close to Metro. Ok for a short stay in cool weather.
Pros:

Friendly staff. The weather got very warm, and the staff offered fans since there was NO air conditioner. We also enjoyed the free coffee in the lobby. Thanks!

Cons:

Air Conditioning should be made available. The rooms are small and got very hot and stuffy in late May.
The shower needs an enclosure. The shower curtain is not sufficient to keep water from escaping. There was a lot of water damage visible on the flooring and door frame. It has been an issue for a very long time.

l'emplacement près du canal St Martin et la proximité du métro

Cons:

J'y ait été en période de très forte chaleur, le ventilateur un peu bruyant a été insuffisant pour tempérer la canicule. cela dit en période normale je pense que je n'aurais eu aucun problèem

Posizione ottima per visitare Parigi. Letto comodo e grande. Disponibile sul posto colazione a 12 € conveniente. Macchina del caffè sempre disponibile al consumo gratuitamente. La zona è piena di locali e tranquilla.

Cons:

La stanza è un po' piccolina, adeguata a massimo 3 giorni di soggiorno. Mancanza di condizionatore in camera, bagno con tenda doccia.

Άξιζε πολύ ! κοντά σε μέτρο ήσυχη και ωραία γειτονιά με ότι χρειάζεσαι κοντά
Pros:

Ωραίο δωμάτιο με τα απαραίτητα και καθαρό . Καλη επικοινωνία και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό . Η αυλή έξω πολύ καλό spot

Cons:

Το ανσασερ ήταν λίγο μικρό αλλά δε το θεωρώ και κάτι σοβαρό .

Nada, el desayuno cumple justo, la ubicacion no es buena, auque tiene a metros las estaciones de subterraneo

Cons:

la habitacion tiene el piso inclinado, y tuvimos que dormir invetidos, porque estaba inclinada a la cabercera, el ascensor es minusculo.

One night stay to be near train station.
Pros:

The bed was super comfortable and that’s what I really needed. Very clean.
Close to Gare de Nord for my early train.

Cons:

No AC and Paris was in the middle of that heat wave. 95* They did provide a fan and the room was relatively cool.
