Achei o hotel bem bonito, roupas de cama branquinhas que pra mim é essencial, café da manhã aceitável e a localização bem perto de tudo. A vista do local da piscina é muito linda também.

Cons:

Não gostei do ralo do meu banheiro estar entupido, então na hora de tomar banho virava uma piscina o quarto e também o elevador sempre congestionado, algumas vezes usei escada, mesmo estando no sétimo andar.

Barulho do ar condicionado muito alto, ralo do banheiro entupido, descarga do vaso muito devagar, ralo da pia do banheiro entupido. Elevador estragado, gerou tumulto, perdemos muito tempo esperando elevador. Senhor da recepção mal educado.

Limpeza do quarto e ar condicionado. Banheiro estava fétido. O ar-condicionado não refrigera, aparelho bem cansado e o quarto voltado pro sol. Péssimo mesmo. Lençóis encardidos, mantas parecem que estavam usadas, horrível mesmo!

Localização excelente para o nosso roteiro de passeios. Chuveiro potente. Da área da piscina, a vista para o Pão de Açúcar e para o Cristo é bem bonita.

Dos 3 elevadores, somente 1 funcionando, hóspedes e funcionários com sacos grandes dentro do elevador. Elevadores lotados. O cartão magnético só abria depois de umas 25 tentativas. Toda hora era necessário recarregar o cartão. Isso aconteceu nos dois quartos q reservamos. Pedimos picanha e veio contra filé frio, tivemos q terminar de comer no quarto, pois fechou a área da piscina. No dia seguinte, nem o prato, nem o balde de cerveja foram retirados do quarto, após a arrumação. A academia se resume a 2 esteiras e 1 bicicleta. Ar condicionado do quarto gelando bem, porém barulhento demais.
