Cons:

I mistakenly booked this property and called them right away to request a refund. They said they understood and were fine with the refund, but told me that since I booked through Booking.com, I needed to contact Booking.com first. I did exactly as they advised, and Booking.com initiated the refund request.
Since then, I have called the hotel several times and messaged them, but they have not responded at all. I even believe they blocked my number, because they haven’t answered for over a week. I have never seen anything like this or experienced such a situation before. Just ridiculous!
They charged me over $300 for nothing and clearly do not care. If you respect your time and your money, book somewhere else.

Great stay at a comfortable hotel
Pros:

Had a two week stay in a double suite and it was very good. Room was spotless and well equipped had housekeeping when we needed it. Coffee machine in room and also in lobby.
Several bus stops near the property and a very good supermarket near. We didn’t get down for breakfast as it finished at 9am and that was a little early for us. The bath is massive and a real plus at the end of a long day walking. Many thank for a great stay.

Pros:

Very clean & spacius. The rooms was very comfortable for 5 people. It is easy to get to Manhattan.

Cons:

The area is pretty dirty and the closet transportatition is 20 mins walk.

Clean and comfortable stay that lacked a few amenities. Would book again for work.
Pros:

Location worked well for where we needed to be for work. We were happy with the affordability and accommodations that came with the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the property was kept up well by staff.

Cons:

The TVs in the rooms were pretty small and there was not many channel options. The breakfast left a bit to be desired as well so we sought out elsewhere.

En general todo fue muy bien y estuvimos muy a gusto :)
Pros:

Nos gustó mucho el servicio de habitaciones, todo limpio, toallas limpias y sábanas limpias todos los días, bien situado para llegar a pie al centro de Brooklyn y metro para la ciudad.
Especial mención a Guadalupe que nos cuidó mucho durante nuestra estancia, en especial en los desayunos.

Cons:

Como crítica constructiva diríamos que estaría bien una mayor variedad en los desayunos, dentro de que entendemos que la dieta sea kosher, pero que hubiesen más alimentos frescos y recién cocinados sería un gran aporte a los desayunos para evitar la monotonía.

Pros:

The front desk manager was very nice. He made sure to tell me about the breakfast and seemed very friendly.

Cons:

The room was dingy and outdated. I was not very sure of the cleanliness of the room. I also would have wanted the mattresses to have covers. I was disappointed that they did not. It was not nearly as nice as the photos. The location was not really walkable for food or NYC activities.

Location was far from restaurants etc, transportation. The area was pretty dirty and the street noise was really loud. The hotel needs an update.

tout est ok simplement pour un pdj c'est très léger , il n'y a aucun choix.
Bagel ou céréales ou pomme voila les seuls choix. C'est dommage nous étions venu dans cet hotel par le passé et à l'époque , il y avait un très bon pdj avec des patisseries, thé variés, fruits variés etc..
