Great place to stay in Cape Town
Pros:

I experienced a warm reception with really friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfast was superb, with a lot of options. I recommend it to anyone travelling to Cape Town, whether for business or vacation

Amazing amenities on property

Cons:

The headboard in the room was bas as well as the lights
Uhm when requesting certain things like toiletries and iron as well as water it took longer than usual , we also did not receive a note book we had no outside seating errand as shown on pictures also there was a metal bar at the parking lot which caused us to damage rental car

Pros:

Hotel novo e muito agradável, com quartos grandes e espaçosos. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos. O pequeno-almoço é bom, mas ficámos um pouco desiludidos por não haver opções de carne de porco, como bacon ou salsichas. Seria ótimo se o hotel pudesse incluir essas opções no pequeno-almoço. No geral, tivemos uma boa estadia

A pleasant stay but some drawbacks.
Pros:

The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The location was good.

Cons:

For a five-star hotel, things were lacking.
The bathroom drains smelled bad. We had to keep the door closed but the smell came through.
The TV had very few channels (7) and no cable.
No shuttle service to and from the airport.
The overall appearance of our room, and the hotel in general, seemed dated. It needs a coat of paint and freshening up.
