Breakfast
Room cleaning and no towels . Parking is expensive R150 per day. Televisions was uncllear hand foggy
It is an excellent hotel with perfect location in the center of Cape Town and next to Bo Kaap. Very clean and comfortable rooms, very professional staff. They offer complimentary shuttle to V&A Waterfront which was convenient for us. Highly recommended.

My aircon was a bit unclear to understand and the water was not hot in the morning when i took a shower.
The TV channel quality is really bad. In 2026 I'd expect very good quality TV even for DStv channels from a 5 star hotel
Great place, and what an experience, friendly stuff great food, even the rooms are specious having best of both shower and bathtub
