Great location, in the heart of the city. Walking distance from pretty much everything. Great stuff and a very good breakfast, other than the coffee machine
Unfortunately, we had switched smell consistently in one of the two rooms that we booked. The room was changed on the last night, but it was a bit too late for us.

I cannot believe this hotel is associated with the Hyatt brand. The staff was great - trying to make up for the abysmal hard product offered. If you like to have people watch you go to the bathroom, request the 2 bedroom suite. The wall to the main bathroom is literally glass with no door to the toilet area

The team at the Hyatt Regency Cape Town goes above and beyond. I've stayed all over the world, and they are second to none! Truly amazing service and friendly people welcoming you in their hotel. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
I would like to thank Mark for helping me till the very last end. A very amazing heart to all of us for our grandmothers birthday 80th . He deserve all the appreciation and value and he’s one of a kind . Such a gentleman very loving and caring. Mark once again thank you dearly .
