Espectacular
Pros:

Impresionante la comida, las instalaciones decoradas con mucho gusto, no como en otras cadenas hoteleras donde todo es digamos estandarizado, aquí siguiendo un patrón de colores y estampados muy acorde con la isla. Las zonas comunes muy bonitas, la piscina de toboganes una pasada. Ninguna pega reseñable más allá de retrasos en la atención en el milk bar.

Cons:

Únicamente podria decir que habia poca oferta para comer dentro del hotel, más allá del bufet

Pros:

Lo mejor probablemente sea la comida, el mejor hotel en el que he estado, pizza en horno de pizza, pasta fresca y hamburguesa al momento, kebap, wok, cortador de jamon una vez a la semana, todo increíble.

Pros:

Genial el buffet, las piscinas y las habitaciones y los bares con bebida de primeras marcas.

Cons:

Muchos empleados están discutiendo o cuchicheando continuamente.
Se hecha en falta mayor oferta de comida durante el día en zona piscinas.
Solamente hay sandwiches y gofres.

Lovely hotel resort, would definitely recommend
Pros:

Great place to stay, good selection of food and drink, lovely setting. Staff were friendly and efficient in the restaurant. We had a great time.

Cons:

Nothing really, maybe slightly more attentive service at the bars in the day.

Very enjoyable stay
Pros:

Food was excellent, staff were helpful and pleasant, location great.

Cons:

There is a bad odour in the air conditioned section of the restaurant and one of the bars which is off-putting but hopefully fixable as this is a wonderful hotel.

Great stay and location
Pros:

Excellent hotel and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Thr layout of the pool area was great with lots of lounges. Multiple activities with animation team and night shows kept the stay fun and entertaining. The restaurant offered a great variety of cuisines with top quality.
Hotel was right next to the beach which made it easy to go back and forth.
Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay here again.

Un weekend fantastico in famiglia.
Pros:

La cura dei particolari, l’impianto architettonico originario e il restyling fatto recentemente. Il benvenuto in stanza e l’attenzioni verso i bambini

Boravak na razini. Predobar hotel za preporučit svima.
Pros:

Doručak, ručak i večera je bilo odlično. Tolika ponuda da više ni sam ne znaš što odabrati. Osoblje ljubazno, nasmijano, ma nemam riječi osim sve pohvale svim djelatnicima hotela.

Cons:

Ovaj hotel je ispunio sva moja očekivanja, nemam niti jednu primjedbu.

Gorgeous holiday resort, fabulous for children and adults alike, very much recommend
Pros:

The resort was stunning, the pool was big, welcoming and surrounded by beautiful palm trees and cactuses. The restaurant was to die for. The staff in particular went over and above, especially Naomi who was so kind with a personal touch.

Cons:

Didn’t like the cockroach, but within 2 minutes of calling reception someone came! Only happened once thank goodness, and it’s expected on an island.
