An amazing stay from start to finish — great food, wonderful staff, beautiful surroundings, and a fantastic location. ⭐⭐

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was fantastic from start to finish. The food was amazing, with plenty of delicious choices, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

A special thank you to **Anastasia**, who went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed and made our stay even more enjoyable. We also want to thank **Daniel and Florian from the animation team** — they were fantastic, full of energy, and really helped create a fun atmosphere throughout our holiday.

The cleanliness was top-notch, and the beautiful gardens around the hotel were very well maintained and added so much to the overall experience. The beach right in front of the hotel was absolutely amazing as well.

The location is excellent, and overall, we couldn't have asked for a better stay. We truly enjoyed every moment and would happily come back again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Posizione perfetta, accesso diretto al mare. Animazione sia per adulti che bambini!
Ci sono numerose piscine con area dedicata per i bambini, sia molto piccoli che piscina con acqua alta un metro.
Siamo italiani e siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti dal cibo, carne pasta e pesce cucinata al momento. Non per ultima vicinissimo all’aereoporto ed in generale posizione comoda per visitare l’isola, 50 minuti per raggiungere i posti più lontani

Le fait que le bar a gauffres se permette de melanger jus d'orange pressé et jus en bouteille, tout en payant le prix d'un pressé. Plus d'une fois.

Cet hôtel est tout simplement exceptionnel !

La literie est d'un confort remarquable et les chambres, tout comme l'ensemble de l'hôtel, sont décorées avec énormément de goût et une grande attention aux détails.

Le buffet est absolument incroyable, avec des produits de grande qualité : un large choix de poissons frais, des pâtes faites maison et une cuisine variée. C'est sans aucun doute l'un des meilleurs buffets que j'ai eu l'occasion de découvrir.

L'ambiance est chaleureuse, élégante et très cosy, avec de la musique live dans les différents bars chaque soir, ce qui apporte une véritable touche de convivialité.

Après plus de 30 ans de voyages, c'est incontestablement l'un des meilleurs hôtels dans lesquels j'ai séjourné. La qualité du service est irréprochable et digne d'un établissement 5 étoiles.

Les piscines étaient très chaudes et les jardins de cactus sont parfaitement entretenus, offrant un cadre reposant et dépaysant.

À la sortie de l'hôtel, une superbe promenade longe l'océan sur plusieurs kilomètres. Elle est idéale pour une balade à pied, une sortie à vélo ou simplement pour admirer le paysage. (beaucoup de restaurant, boutiques....)

L'hôtel bénéficie également d'un emplacement idéal sur l'île : la plupart des principaux sites touristiques sont accessibles en une vingtaine de minutes en voiture.

Enfin, le stationnement est très facile grâce aux nombreuses places gratuites disponibles dans la rue. Nous avons toujours trouvé une place juste devant l'hôtel.

Je recommande cet établissement sans la moindre hésitation. Une adresse d'exception....

Cons:

- comme dans de nombreux hôtels, il y a les lève-tôt qui réservent les transats dès 7h du mat et qui n'arrivent pas avant 11h;
malgré tout nous avons toujours trouvé de la place à l'ombre en revenant de nos excursions même dans l'après-midi.

- il faut savoir que ce n'est malheureusement pas la plus belle plage de l'île.... mais l'hotel est magnifique et avec une voiture on peut facilement accéder aux nombreuses plages de l'île.
