Sehr kulantes Einchecken, die Rezeptionistin hat einen Fehler meinerseits sehr freundlich und souverän behoben.

Really classy hotel
Pros:

Really upper class hotel with huge room and elegant lobby and reception, staff were friendly and fun. Spa area was vast over 2 floors and very nice

Cons:

Minor issue of outdoor pool not heated until summer… was looking forward to using it but far too cold for me.

Bodensee und Lindau sind eine Reise wert
Pros:

Tolle Lage direkt an der Promenade und Bahnhof. Die schöne Altstadt gleich neben an. SCHIFFAHRT direkt vor der Tür. Herrlicher Blick zum Hafen.

Cons:

Versteckte Kosten fürs Auto abstellen und hohe Kurtaxe pro Nacht machen den Aufenthalt noch mal teurer!

Pros:

Es war alles sehr behaglich, das Personal sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit.
Der Speisesaal fürs Frühstück ist super schön mit dem Block auf den See - und das Frühstück ließ keinen Wunsch offen.

Great location with harbour views.
Pros:

We stayed here for one night as a father daughter European tour in one of my older Sports cars so being on tour it was only one night in two balcony rooms.

The booking was made direct with the hotel 6 months before the stay. The only downside is the room payment was non refundable. The booking process was easy and I also added one of the single occupancy garages for added security of the car.

The hotel room was really well appointed and large (both were double rooms) with a large balcony with table and chairs overlooking the harbour. The bed was very comfortable.

We only used the hotel restaurant int he morning, for breakfast. That was OK, not one of the better ones we had on our 10 nights in 10 different hotels driving holiday. But it was definitely one of the better hotels and one of the most expensive.

Top Lage, gerne wieder !
Pros:

Wir haben eine Schifffahrt gebucht. Die Lage war natürlich zum Hafen einzigartige Spitze. Auch sonst war alles gut, netter Empfang, leichte Abstellmöglichkeiten des Autos in der Tiefgarage. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Gerne wieder !

Nice Location
Pros:

The room was a really nice size with a good bathroom and seating area however;

Toilet seat wasn't soft close.
Shower water temperature was very changeable even during a short shower.
There was no air-conditioning and on the 3rd floor with only a small window the nights were uncomfortably warm.
The bed was incredible hard so didn't sleep well either night.
It was a double room but with 2 single beds & duvets pushed together so not very "romantic".

Sauna was only open 1 of the 2 nights we were there and the "heated" pool was decidedly nippy (cold).

Breakfast however was excellent with a good array of choices and when you get the right table beautiful views out over the lake and harbour. Chandeliers are also beautiful.

Location wise it was as good as it gets a right opposite the train station.
