A localização é excelente e os funcionários educados e atenciosos. O café da manhã é bom. Tem motoristas parceiros para transfer muito bons

Cons:

O Hotel é mais antigo, as acomodações precisam de uma reforma para ficar mais moderno e tem pouquissimas tomadas nos quartos (fez falta).

Deixa a desejar, muito caro pelo que oferece.

Boa localização, cordialidade dos funcionários.

Cons:

Os móveis, lençóis e toalhas devem ter vindo na caravana de Dom Pedro I. Roupas velhas, manchadas e rasgadas. Derrubei um comprimido no chão e quando fui olhar embaixo da cama me assustei, faz séculos que não vê uma limpeza.

Too expensive for a bad experience.
Pros:

A good breakfast, staff attention to the problems ew have faced. Parking lot OK.

Cons:

Not good care with cleanliness: dirty blanket packet for use, only one pillow per person, 1 or 2 dirty and bad smelling towels received during the week, bad mainteined tennis court (very bad surface) and games room (broken parts and not receiving adequate maintenance).

Os quartos não possuem um bom isolamento acústico, quanto hóspedes barulhentos passam pelos corredores o som ecoa nos quartos.
