The staff was awesome, super friendly, welcoming, efficient, and spoke fluent English. The location is really convenient for shopping and eating. They set up a great tour that was well-organized, affordable, and packed with info and history about Vietnam. I had a fantastic time here. They made everything so easy.

It is located in a central part and close to everything, highly recommended, Harry and Brian helped us a lot on the tours to do the tour of Sapa, ninh binh and Halong bay, I recommend you do it through them

Owner was available, when difficulty getting in and out of bath for shower, owner immediately changed room for us so I could have a walk in shower.

The place is nothing like the advertised pictures or info.
Completely overpriced and poor facilities.
No pool !
Absolutely everything was perfect. It was tucked in a small ally so at first was skeptical. But the room was very clean and comfortable. A/C was great. Tom, the manager was supper helpful with some ideas for activities and calling a Grab taxi. The staff was always there to help. The breakfast buffet was very good. And the price. I know Vietnam is inexpensive but getting a room of this quality for the price was unbelievable. We were within blocks of the wonderful lake and activities so walking was easy. Getting a Grab was fast to get to further events.
That we could not stay longer.
