Pros:

The staff are very kind and helpful. They also offer massage on the rooms which helped more to ease our fatigued bodies! Tom has been a great help too and gave us coffee freebies as a Vietnam souvenir!

Sehr empfehlenswert wenn man zentral wohnen möchte in Hanoi
Pros:

Die hervorragende Lage und das sehr freundliche Personal. Ausreichendes leckeres Frühstück. Der Hotel Manager und Mr. Tom haben alles erdenkliche getan um unseren Aufenthalt so komfortabel wie möglich zu machen. Großes Lob für das Engagement

Cons:

Der Pool steht leider aktuell nicht zur Verfügung. Man kann aber den Pool im Nachbarhotel einige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt nutzen.

Lovely staff!
Pros:

Harry was a lovely host - very friendly and accommodating. Lovely fresh fruit and tea on arrival. I wanted to use the swimming pool so they took me to the hotel nearby. Good breakfast with a lovely range of fruit.

Property is located behind the main street and will have to walk into an alley to get to the hotel. But over all staff is very helpful.

Excellent stay in beautiful colourful Hanou

I didn't realise the pool wasn't based here but it wasn't a problem.

Cheap for stopover , not great for sleeping
Pros:

Location close to Good restaurants, fairly quite area. Big size room , a decent breakfast. Helpful staff even if a bit on the pushy side , hot water was good , guest were nice, a free gift when leaving . Air conditioning worked good once turned on

Lane way saw very small & a bit daughting when going to hotel, man who served us was a bit pushy. Kept saying, passports. Passports! & we had even got in the hotel properly we told him to wait a minute, kept asking for them.
Room was hot when entering , aircond not on , room had only an old style key/lock which worked fine. But you HAVE TO LEAVE YOUR KEY WITH THE DESK IF YOU LEAVE THE HOTEL.. which we did not agree with. There was no reason for this . Shower floor very slippery when wet. . BEDS were very uncomfortable, very hard , creaky like wood, felt like boards under mattress, room needs better curtains, lots of light from the laneway. Had a windows onto laneway
