Cons:

La camera puzzava di fogna, il wifi non funzionava in camera, le donne delle pulizie mi hanno svegliata per via delle urla. La receptionist al mattino non è stata il massimo della cortesia.

The doors onto the balcony of my room (401) wouldn't close and I was told there was not another room I could have instead. As a result I was not able to shut out the noise of other residents talking until late in the night on their balconies

Inga glas på rummet, säkerhetsboxen saknade dörr ( gick ej att använda). Standard var ej 4 stjärnigt snarare 2 stjärnigt. När
man väl fick glas så var det engångs plast muggar. Exakt samma som fanns på frukosten. Väldigt lyhörda rum. Strandbädd ingick ej trots att det var deras beachclub.

Nous avions réservé et payé une chambre avec balcon. Pourtant, la chambre qui nous a été attribuée à notre arrivée n’avait aucun balcon. Lorsque nous l’avons signalé à la réception, on nous a répondu que nous aurions dû préciser que nous souhaitions une chambre avec balcon… alors que c’était précisément le type de chambre réservé sur Booking.com.
Nous avions également demandé un grand lit double, demande qui apparaissait clairement comme « acceptée » par l’établissement. Malgré cela, pour notre première nuit, nous avons eu deux lits simples simplement rapprochés, et non le grand lit double accepté.
Ce n’est qu’après l’intervention de Booking.com que notre chambre a finalement été changée pour une chambre correspondant davantage à notre réservation.
Autre surprise : la description Booking.com mentionnait un minibar, mais il n’y en avait pas. Il n’y avait également ni bouilloire ni machine à café, ce qui nous a surpris pour un établissement 4 étoiles. Les articles de toilette étaient extrêmement basiques ; heureusement, nous étions venus avec nos propres produits.
Enfin, il n’existe pas de véritable local à bagages aménagé : on nous a proposé de laisser nos valises dans un grand hall sous surveillance des caméras.

Après 13 années consécutives de séjours à Alghero, c’est malheureusement notre expérience hôtelière la plus décevante dans la ville. Le plus regrettable est d’avoir dû faire intervenir Booking.com pour obtenir simplement les prestations correspondant à ce réservation . Les photos montreront la première chambre . La deuxième, mieux mais rien à voir avec les étoiles - seulement sont présentes les critères : piscine ,parking , frigo , air conditionné , tv …
