Pros:

Location and being on the ground floor.

Cons:

Bath and shower together not ideal and its outdated. and the bathroom sink was blocked.

Disappointing stay as the property did not match the advertised photos or expected standards.
Pros:

The location was convenient and check-in was easy. The staff were polite and responsive during our stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately the property did not look like the photos advertised online. The bathroom and toilets were not up to standard and felt old and unclean. The toilet was not flushing properly and there was a very muggy smell throughout the room which made the stay uncomfortable.

Great place to stay but could use a refresh
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff

Cons:

Room was clean but showing its age and needed maintenance. Lounge had numerous stains, Ants in kitchen, washing machine needed a good clean, no functioning plug in bathroom basin, poor sound insulation.

An excellent value for money and location choice if you’re looking in this area
Pros:

The location was excellent. Very convenient to walk down to the shops. The staff were great and overall this was great value for money. Would def look up quest in other locations after our experience

Cons:

More coffe and milk would have been good but otherwise everything was well stocked

Great place to stay with families. Recommend
Pros:

Great place to stay with families and it’s close to shopping centre. The only problem was during Easter there was no room service, so our bedsheets was not changed for the four days we stayed there. We had to keep asking for extra towels as during shower water was in all the bathroom in the Otha bathroom. Would still stay there again if I had the chance to go to Melbourne again. Recommend

The room was very clean .
It was very quiet .
Very safe Hotel .
Excellent staff assistance and information .
Highly recommend this very clean, comfortable accomodation where the staff treat you like friends , welcoming and informative and quick to provide assistance.

Cons:

There was no lift so do not over pack .

Convenient location, friendly staff, clean amenities
Pros:

Quest Dandenong on James Street is right by the A1 main road, so there was plenty of traffic going past. Still, the room was appreciated, and the bathroom/toilet facility was good. We enjoyed the swimming pool. We were well-respected by the staff, who were only too happy to assist us. Thank you. The location was close to main shopping centres at Dandenong, and plenty of places to eat.

Cons:

The drainage in the bathroom basin wasn't the best, but the Quest maintenance person did his best to resolve the problem. The swimming pool was relaxing, although having people around the pool smoking cigarettes didn't add to the atmosphere. And those residents who chose to smoke outside the motel on the pavement often left their cigarette-butts on the ground, which isn't the best look.
