Nowhere to sit comfortably in the room and no smart tv.

Good location, clean, peaceful.

Cons:

The room we were placed in didn’t have a tv that could connect to Netflix, etc. so we couldn’t sit down and relax to watch a movie in the evenings. Also the couch was way too tiny to sit on comfortably. It was so low and small - couldn’t fit two people in it, uncomfortable and so we couldn’t relax in the room and read a book either. This didn’t make for a comfortable weekend away. I wouldn’t stay here again. They need new lounges that are actually big and comfortable and proper tvs.

Nice quiet apartment in great location to explore Merimbula and surrounds.
Pros:

The apartment was quiet and in a good location - only a short walk to the lake/river and one of the beaches. A flat walk to the town centre is about 15-20mins. The apartment was clean the reasonably spacious, but fairly basic. The manager was great and helped us with a few things. We loved Merimbula (first time visitors) and the beautiful, beaches, headlands and lakes.

Cons:

The wi-fi was a bit patchy, but as the TV was connected to the internet - we were able to stream Netflix, etc with no problems. So, not really an issue for us, but it might be an issue for some.

Pros:

Clean and very comfortable and well located.

Cons:

The bathroom is a little squeezy for a big person but no real problem.
Parking can be tight.

Quiet, small apartment complex in the lovely Fishpen area.
Pros:

Very comfortable and clean. Hosts Michael and Kirsten were very attentive and friendly. It was in the lovely quiet area at Fishpen.

Cons:

Wifi was very limited in our apartment 8

Pros:

We had a quiet and relaxing stay.
Pros:

Easy walking distance from the main beach and also the lake. Cafe's and Take away food shops just around the corner. Seashells had equipment for use of guests at no cost eg bikes, beach trolleys, surfboards.
Hosts were very friendly and helpful.
Accommodation was spacious and had everything you needed and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't lilke.

Lovely, peaceful place to stay!
Pros:

The location is great, the property is wonderfully and lovingly maintained, the owners engaged with us and everything was super clean. There are also plenty of clean and well maintained communal amenities.

Cons:

The bed was just a little soft but this did not impact our enjoyment of the property at all.
